The parking lot is large and safe. I wanted to eat Champon, so I went to a restaurant popular among bikers. However, we were closed on the third Sunday of the month. It was easy to stop by on the way back from Iojima, but I'll save it for my next trip to Nagasaki.

This is a restaurant attached to a Japanese inn in Hirase Town. Champon is delicious with a strong taste of pork bone broth. The ingredients are standard, including vegetables, kamaboko, pork, squid, and shrimp, but the portions are large. It's similar to Ringer Hut's vegetable-filled Champon. The noodles are thin commercially available noodles. The Turkish rice has a tonkatsu thin and crunchy taste that I like. The fried rice has a slight curry flavor and is richly seasoned with ham, eggs, and onions. Napolitan has slightly thinner noodles with a strong ketchup flavor and is delicious. This is a popular restaurant and there are always a lot of customers, so it may take up to 30 minutes for the food to be served.postscriptI ate the Champon set. The set is a little small in both Champon and fried rice. The soup of Champon here is really delicious. The fried rice has a strong flavor, which I like. I think the cost performance is average for 1250 yen. There are many customers no matter when I go.

Champon setThe soup had a strong soup stock and lots of vegetables, and was very delicious! There were other menu items I wanted to try, such as Turkish rice, ramen, and set meals, so I wanted to go again. There are several parking lots nearby, but the road is narrow so you need to be careful when driving.

When I was a student, I lived with Hifumi-san.I had the opportunity to visit him for the first time in 35 years.I had Champon for the first time in a while. The Champon was just as delicious as before.Everyone, the food here is better than in Nagasaki city.

I visited here for the sole purpose of eating while touring.Since it was my first time, I ordered the "Hifumi" lunch, and the first thing I noticed was that the "fried rice" was really delicious! I thought it was so delicious that I wanted to order it alone. The yakiniku at Hifumi Lunch was also delicious...but I felt that it influenced (or interfered with) the fried rice to the point where I wanted to taste each item separately. Yakiniku would go well with white rice. ...I would like to visit again soon. There is plenty of space for motorcycles in the large parking lot.
