It's convenient because there's a convenience store right in front of you, but you can choose between Japanese or Western food for breakfast for 800 yen! cheap! So I recommend it.I'm happy with the egg-cooked rice. The building is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and spacious. A small desk is helpful for business use.It would be nice to see BS.Also, there is a secret plaza on the first floor.

I was going fishing in Owase for the first time in a while, so I decided to stay the night with a friend before heading home, so I made a reservation in advance. I was worried that the garage would be closed because I was going there after fishing, but I happened to be there that day so I was able to park with plenty of time. It was a nice garage with a roof. The room was spacious and the TV was quite large. But I couldn't watch the BS broadcast. The shower is not that strong. The view from the window was on the 4th floor, but it wasn't great. The Wi-Fi was still connected, probably because it was empty. There is a Family Mart just outside the convenience store, but it was under renovation when I went there, so I walked a little further and went to the drugstore for some shopping.

I used it for touring in Mie and Wakayama.Convenient that there is a convenience store on the hotel premises ❗👍There are quite a few restaurants so it's good for dinner❗👍The motorcycle parking lot is covered and safe (^^)The staff are also polite and kind. For breakfast, you can choose Western or Japanese food at the dining space on the 5th floor.Thank you for your help 🙇

This hotel uses a fairly old model refrigerator in common to all rooms.Even when I opened the door, it didn't seem to be cold, so I asked the front desk to take a look and replace it, but the situation was almost the same. I could see that there was some cold air coming out. It's a pretty old type, so there's no way to adjust the intensity, and it doesn't cool down easily. This was my first time.I think this is quite an issue as the room rates seem to vary depending on whether or not there is a refrigerator.I would like the staff to at least check the facilities to some extent. In contrast, humidifiers are placed quite well. This may be because the course costs 6,500 per night.

I used it for a stay while on a business trip. The building itself seems to be old, and there were some parts where I thought, "Huh?" But it had been renovated so I didn't really care. The elevator was new, fast, and comfortable. All the staff were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Also, it was great that there was a convenience store right in front of me.

I used it right in the middle of Golden Week. I was worried because it was so cheap, but the service was more than worth the price, the view from the window was amazing, and I especially recommend the breakfast! There is a family mart next door!

Kumano Kodo, Iseji.I was worried because the ratings were low, but the results were really good!It may have been quiet because there weren't many customers as it was New Year's Day, but they had everything you needed, the staff were kind, and there was a Family Mart within a minute's walk.(WiFi, water heater, refrigerator, indoor wear, indoor slippers, indoor slippers, hair dryer)There were no inconveniences, it was clean, quiet, had hot water, a refrigerator, indoor clothes, and it was just a little higher than other local business hotels in the same price range. The unit bath was a little old, but that's what I was concerned about.(Also, the young people who were gathered in the house opposite the window were a bit noisy ← It was New Year's Day, after all.)I would like to come to Owase again, so I may be able to help you.thank you very much!

I think it's an intermediate class in Owase. The price is cheap though. However, if you imagine a business hotel in the city,Never. However, you can use Wi-Fi in addition to this,It is convenient that you can also pay by credit card.Having a Family Mart nearby is also a big plus. The location is also within walking distance to a gathering of restaurants in front of the station. That's nice.

The room key is simple and there is no chain lock. When I decided to get a receipt, the person at the front desk asked me if I was early in the morning, and I said no, not really knowing when it was early, but the receipt was already prepared by 7am. I did.

Owase is not particularly a tourist destination, and is a port town where there are few opportunities to stay overnight except for people from the Tokai and Kansai regions. From that deserted orange JR station with no automatic ticket gates, go straight down the main street. It's over the back of Family Mart on your left. It's probably a 5-6 minute walk. The town near Owase Station is compact, there are few business hotels and inns, and there are few strong hotels, so the area is quite old, but the prices are average. The bed is small and the room is small, so the TV is set up on a shelf at the foot of the bed, making it a business hotel made around the beginning of the Heisei era.Naturally, the bath unit is too narrow for large people. Also, because the walls are extremely thin, you can hear the coughing and snoring of the guests next door, as well as the sound of hangers hanging on the wall banging against the wall.Furthermore, this time I was in a room on the second floor, where the front desk was, so I could hear things like "Welcome," "Good morning," and "Good morning." Nervous people may not be able to sleep well. I think the other floors are a little better in that respect. For breakfast, you can choose Western or Japanese food, and the Japanese food is a typical "breakfast" and tastes good. You can enjoy a leisurely meal at the restaurant on the 5th floor. Having FamilyMart right in front is very helpful. Also, behind the scenes there are remnants of what must have been a downtown area in the past, but there are only a few shops still open. The same goes for the main street. If you go to the front of the station and turn to the right, you will see something like a downtown area. The parking lot is attached to the hotel and is convenient as it is separated from the first and second floors right next to the hotel. The convenience was good, but there were problems with sound insulation, and it was a mediocre business hotel with zero prices.
