Located in the elegant Ginza district, this hotel is very convenient as it is about a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi station from which you can take the metro or the Yamanote line.The area in which it is located is beautiful and elegant, just a few steps from one of the most famous shopping streets in the neighborhood.We slept 5 nights in this hotel.The rooms are small but equipped with all the necessary services. Average cleanliness, unfortunately there was dust.Clean but very small bathroom.Very helpful at reception.It's not the best but if you adapt to it, it's still doable.Definitely recommended for the location!

You can reach the hotel in few minutes from the Ginza Station, just one stop from Tokyo station. Ginza is an amazing and modern area full of everything you need. Hotel is very good. They provide free ameneties in the reception area and you also have coin laundry and microwave. We booked a basic double room. A bit small but there was everything we need. Also breakfast is good and has many options considering we are in Japan. The staff was always kind and helpful.

The hotel's location is about a 10-minute walk from the station, so there was no inconvenience in getting around to tourist attractions. One of the employees, Yuka Kimizuka, helped me a lot. He spoke English, so I lost something important, but he actively looked for it and was able to continue my trip with peace of mind. Thank you so much. The little note you left was cute. It was a shame that I couldn't say thank you in person.The hotel room had good air conditioning and was clean. There is a convenience store right below, which is convenient. There were all the amenities needed. I would like to visit again next time.

Naturally, the bathroom and toilet are the same.There is a Family Mart on the first floor of the building, so it's very convenient (they don't carry cigarettes)There are also plenty of amenities.The staff are very helpful and this is a highly recommended hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. It was nice to have someone who spoke Korean. It was convenient to go to the department store and downtown. It was nice to have a convenience store on the first floor. However, it was a pity that the air conditioner in the room operated weakly. (The weather in Tokyo was really hot this year) There was an additional small air conditioner in the room, which made the room a little smaller.

The room is small, but that’s pretty common for hotels in Japan, especially considering the central Ginza location and the reasonable price. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean.The only issue was the air conditioning. I’m not sure if it’s because the unit is old, but it didn’t work well. During my stay, the temperature reached 35°C, and even at night, the room never really cooled down. It was bearable but not truly cool, despite checking the cooling mode several times. I also saw in other reviews that the air conditioner wasn’t clean. The fan blades were covered in thick black dust, as if from a construction site, and there was a slight moldy smell while it was running. There was an air purifier in the room, possibly because of this issue, but with another appliance in the small space, the room felt even more cramped.Also, there were only two outlets in the room (besides the bathroom). With one outlet used for the air purifier, it was hard to charge anything. Since travelers nowadays have so many devices to charge, I’d recommend bringing a power strip.

By Fresa inn standards, this one feels a bit old. It is located in downtown Ginza, but if you want to take the subway or JR, you have to walk a while, which is not very convenient.

A good location near Ginza, Shimbash, and Higashi Ginza Stations, but our Comfort Double Room was way too small even for 2 petite girls. Book a larger room if you are claustrophobic.We had a bug bite and the AC was a bit too noisy.Breakfast was nice. Staff were very nice.

I used this hotel the other day, and although the hotel has guest rooms from the 3rd floor to the 13th floor, the coin laundry only has 3 washing machines on the 2nd floor.Also, there are a lot of annoying foreigners who leave their clothes for over an hour even after they've finished washing them.Even though all three machines had finished spinning, no one came to pick them up and the wet laundry was left in all three machines for an hour.(Maybe I don't understand why there are only 3 washing machines on the 13th floor)We recommend staying only if you do not use the coin laundry.Also, the response was not very good, and the first time I asked the man at the front desk, who was in his 50s, to explain my intention and ask him to move me out.(It says, ``If there is a customer waiting at the washing machine, we may have to leave your laundry for you.'')Despite being said thatI was told that I couldn't manage it because it was wet (huh?)After explaining that an hour had passed, the young woman at the front desk finally let me go.I think it can't be helped that the number of washing machines is small, so I hope they will take good care of it.The rooms were fine.In fact, it was very good.I think the problem with this hotel is that the customer base is basically foreigners who are a nuisance and have no sense of ethics (there were some foreigners who spoke extremely loudly in the front lobby).No matter how hard you try, the chances of it being improved are slim, so I recommend you avoid going there as much as possible, and if you do go, I recommend finding another place with a similar price unless more coin laundry facilities are added.However, the nightly rate was a little over 8,000 yen, so it was a compromise.
