I stayed here with my family of 4 on August 14th.The building has the feel of a ``Showa-era sanatorium,'' but it has been renovated in places.There was no elevator in the building, the hallways were narrow, and the room was a ``special observation room'', which was not large at 10 tatami mats.As it is called a ``special observation room,'' the verandahs on two sides are completely glass, giving you a great view. However, since it was exposed to the afternoon sun, it was hot and the air conditioner wasn't as effective.The toilet and washroom were large but had a unit bath.There is only one key to the room, and it comes with an acrylic key chain containing a pearl shell.The large public bath is a hot spring bath, but there are only 5 washing areas, 6 lockers with locks in the changing area, and only combs and cotton swabs.In the lobby, you can get free popsicles after taking a bath and coffee after breakfast.At dinner time, since it was a wedding anniversary trip, they served plum wine with gold leaf. I had delicious spiny lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef.There was a 5-minute fireworks display every day from 8:30 pm, and I could see it clearly from my room window.I forgot to bring my point card, but the person at the front desk was kind enough to look into everything for me.The cooler worked better when the sun went down, but it was a little noisy.I could see the sunrise from the large window of the room.For breakfast, the ``shrimp soup'' with the head of lobster served at dinner was served.At the front desk, admission tickets to Toba Aquarium are sold at a 100 yen discount, and you can also apply for free tourist information at Ise Naiku.Although the facilities were not the best, the food and service were even better.

Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. The hot springs and the view from the room are not bad either. Recommended for people who have a car to travel cheaply and wonderfully.

A recreational facility and public inn run by KKR and the Federation of National Public Employees Mutual Aid Association, located in Arashima, Toba City, Mie Prefecture.All guest rooms are arranged at the end of a semicircular fan, with ocean views. Since it faces north overall, it is difficult to see the sunrise view from the sea. The front is Sakate Island, Toshi Island, Suga Island, and Toba city (depending on the room). There are unavoidable difficulties due to the age of the building itself, such as some rooms without toilets (although there are sinks), and no elevators or lifts, so you have to use stairs. The entrance, bathhouse, and restaurant are on the 1st floor, and the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so you will need to use the stairs. It doesn't have an outdated image due to renovations. Wi-Fi, BS compatible.The bath is from the famous Sakakibara Onsen, a hot spring that carries hot spring water. Simple alkaline hot spring (hypotonic alkaline low temperature spring), source 31℃ (difference between Sakakibara Onsen Hakusanso Onsen and Kanade Onsen), pH 9.5. There are no late-night closings, and you can take a bath until 9 a.m., but cleaning is suspended from 10:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and from 5:30 to 6 p.m. No view, no open-air bath, no sauna on the 1st floor.The restaurant is on the first floor, with the same ocean view as the guest rooms, and dinner is served from 6pm. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and is a Japanese set meal.The shops are small, and the convenience stores go all the way back to downtown Toba. In addition to shuttle buses, there are also route buses.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a panoramic view. My wife has spiny lobster and I have Matsusaka beef. If you follow the navigation, you will be led down a bottleneck and feel discouraged. Please ignore the navigation system that takes you to a back road (and ignore the signboard in front of you). It is across the street from Hotel Resort Saikatei. (It's a huge hill) Enter from the main street.

The views from the rooms and restaurant are wonderful. However, I don't know if it was just a coincidence that the room we stayed in didn't have a bath or toilet, so we had to use the shared toilet outside. The bathhouse is not very large, but you can soak in the lukewarm water and I think it has a very relaxing effect.Also, the road that enters the site from the public road is quite steep, and if the car is extremely low, I'm worried that it might scrape the bottom of the car.

A family group of 8 people can use 2 special observation rooms. I think this is my 5th or 6th time using this room (always in a special observation room). The good thing is that the view from the room is good and the food is delicious (the head chef is a famous award winner). It's probably one of the best among KKR.(I'm a member of the association who uses KKR coupons.) The appeal of this hotel is that it offers affordable and fulfilling accommodation every time. This is the reason why I have used it many times (special observation room). It's hard to find a KKR with this price, service, and view. )

It was reasonably priced and the quality of the hot spring water was good. The staff are kind, but the building is old, so there's no elevator, and the toilets are in a weird and small space, probably because they're an afterthought.When I looked at the photos from when I went there three years ago, I was surprised to see that the food was exactly the same in the morning and evening. ️It's a mutual aid inn, it's kind, and it's a good value for the price.

It's normal.I don't think it's bad, but I can't find a good inn to recommend.I often go to Toba, but this is the first time I've seen so little sashimi. There was nothing impressive about the food either, it was just average.Is it the owner? The man in the lobby was a short man, but he was restless and spoke in a hurry, so it was hard to understand his explanations.

I applied for the three types of shellfish meal option based on the photo on the website, but what I received was completely different and I was fooled. My impression of KKR and the accommodation in Mie Prefecture was the worst. I won't go sightseeing in Mie Prefecture anymore. The price doesn't match the location, service, and facilities.

I think the customer service at the restaurant and the chatty ladies tend to influence people, and I had a good impression of them.I don't think the customer service is bad overall.The hot springs are extremely small, and when people wash their bodies in the washing area, they splash water onto the area where they are bathing.It's like a hot spring with circulation and added water, but there's no smell or sliminess.Dinner was generally poor value for money, and I wasn't really impressed.Maybe it was because I was expecting fresh food even though I had come to the beach.The chairs in the dining room are hard and uncomfortable.Breakfast: Dried fish is average, the side dishes are all furikake-like, and the overall impression is cheap.I was surprised by the porridge with seaweed. It had only the scent of the ocean and no taste of dashi, so I wonder if it could be eaten with furikake or pickled plums.The drinks were orange and apple juice, maybe Nacchan?Is she adding water?It felt very weak, but I wish she had coffee.

I was traveling with a toddler.Stayed in the observation room in the annex. The view was good and we could see the fireworks perfectly. This room has a toilet (unit bath).Although it is an old building and equipment, it has been kept clean. There is no elevator, so I think it would be difficult to bring a stroller.The food was also very delicious. The ladies at the restaurant were also kind and pleasant.The spiny lobster sashimi will be served with miso soup the next morning. The abalone and Matsuzaka beef grilled on a ceramic plate were also delicious.Although it was not written in the menu, miso soup and cooked rice were also brought to you if you requested. I'm full.Dinner and breakfast were also made into children's meals for my 3 year old.The restaurant has baby chairs.It wasn't a belt type, so if you need it, I think you should bring a chair belt.There is a child's chair in the bath.We have shampoo conditioner body soap, face wash pack (soap), etc.There are no makeup removers or lotions.Next to the front desk, you can rent baby shampoo (Nishimatsuya's Awapiyo), Anpanman bath chair, shampoo hat, etc.There was a paper in the room saying that there were yukatas for infants in sizes 90 and 110, but when I asked the front desk, they said they only had one size (for children?).Since it was summer vacation, the children received fireworks as gifts.I was able to use Mie travel coupons at a great price.Overall I was very satisfied and would like to stay again.
