Truly lover place to stay. I left my phone on airport bus and the owner, Fon, even came to the airport to help me get it back. The hostel is run by her nephew who is equally great and helpful.|The guesthouse is close to shops, the 7-11 and cafes and bars so is also in the centre of things

The owner is kind, cute, friendly and recommends places to visit. But we are Luang Ta Ma's FC, so we came to listen to Dhamma from Luang Ta. to see Luangta But I'm happy about this.

Great couple. Good value for the price you pay. It can always be cleaner but hey, you’re going to a hostel, lower your standards! Anyway, apart from the fan (I think everywhere in Thailand it has a good amount of dust) the room was clean enough. We had a problem booking another hostel in a different city and they helped us borrowing us their phone to call to another Thai number without hesitating, we are very grateful since they were about to go out to have dinner. They have a free billiards!

Very friendly hospitable owner. Has fun and good tours to book and is full of tips on what to do. I had become ill the day before arrival and they went to get medication for me. You can also do your laundry there for a good price. Good WiFi also in the roomsVery good breakfast freshly prepared for you. Tasty sandwich or sandwich for a cheap price. Also plenty of choice of beer and soft drinksYou can walk safely on the street even if you leave your phone on the table and it will still be there the next eveningSpacious beds with large bathroom. Nice fan and air conditioning

I've been there 2 times already. Excellent, very cheap The accommodation is very good. (It is allowed to bring small animals with you. But it's one that won't harm property.)

Dorm needs renovation. Mould everywhere. Wobbly beds. Paint is flaking off. If you ask politely for Aircon the owner won't give the remote.
Be careful to read all the reviews below 👇 owner is plain rude to customers. I advise not to go here unless you cannot afford an extra 50baht/night.

450 baht for an aircon private room, or 400 if you are staying for more than a few days. There are also available bed spaces/dorm for a cheaper price.Nice quiet neighborhood, no through traffic or noisy scooters. It's near to the night market with souvenirs and food, but I would recommend to go to the city center to the Walking Street for food. 3 minutes to 7 eleven, 10 minutes walking to Pantip Shopping Mall.Good AC and hot water. The room was not too big, but alright, with big windows and strong mosquito nets.

We arrived and the hotel was very far from everything in dark streets near to what appears to be a factory. The host greeted us in a weird way, maybe because I thought he was German due to his thick accent.In Agoda it's listed as an aircon, but finally it's just a fan.The room is small and as I mentioned before far from everywhere. You can find much better value, and even for a cheaper price closer to the center.

A guesthouse in an excellent location, very quiet and pastoral, close to a 5-minute walk from the night market of Chiang Mai, excellent discounts on attractions and clean and tidy rooms, Herbert the owner of the place is friendly and feels that he is always looking out for you and your well-being, it was a pleasure to stay with him for about a week. Excellent price-quality ratio. Its owner is very nice. And the location is perfect, close to the center and 2' from the night market and the silence and tranquility of the Hostel and the neighborhood is perfect for resting. The breakfast prices are very affordable and delicious. I highly recommend this hostel.
