I felt that cultural assets like this must be protected. It's a very good accommodation.

This is my 5th stay here.I'll post a picture of the dinner.Miso sauce is drizzled over the grilled Iga beef on a ceramic plate. (In the summer, it was seasoned with a refreshing flavor instead of miso sauce.)In addition to what is shown in the two images, soup and rice came, and the rice was served as rice porridge.I have dinner included every time, and the Iga beef is quite filling and there are a lot of other delicious dishes, so I'm very satisfied, so I recommend it!postscriptTravel booking sites only offer meals without meals, but you can request breakfast and evening meals over the phone. In addition to half board, you can also choose breakfast only or dinner only.-------------------------------------------------previous reviewThis is an inn where you can not only fully enjoy the good old atmosphere of the building that was built over 100 years ago, but also the friendly hostess and the delicious food. When I first stayed there, there were some inconveniences I didn't know about, such as the room had yukatas and face towels, but no bath towels, and no rinse in the bath, but I still felt like I liked it here. I stayed here again this time. The bedding doesn't seem to be of high quality, but it's surprisingly comfortable. I brought earplugs with me as insurance in case I was bothered by noise, but luckily it was quiet outside and I was able to sleep soundly without using earplugs.I would like to stay here again someday for the third time!

This is one of the few traditional inns in Iga Ueno Castle area. The building is designated as a registered tangible cultural property.Although the equipment is old, it is well maintained and there are no hygiene issues.Currently, it seems that no meals are provided, and the basic plan is to stay overnight without meals. The rooms and public spaces are separated by sliding doors, and of course there are no keys. The toilet was Japanese style.

The building is an important cultural property, and the steep stairs and low ceilings are also appealing. The accessories in the room and the courtyard were beautiful.

The location is about 3 minutes by car from the Ueno Higashi IC on the Meihan National Highway. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. However, it is difficult that the toilet is only Japanese style.

I visited on a solo bicycle trip. I wanted to stay here after seeing it on Instagram, so I planned this trip to stay here. The building from the Meiji period remains intact, and we had a very valuable time there. It's worth a visit if you're interested in cultural properties, architecture, and retro things. You will be satisfied. This time I stayed overnight without meals, but the nearby izakaya is also great. There is a public bathhouse nearby that is also a cultural property and was taken over by Yutonamisha, which is also great.

Visited during the holidays after New Year's. I like the atmosphere. Is 11,000 yen per person including a basic meal the New Year's price?
