This inn is a little far from the hot spring town. The interior is Japanese style and I saw several groups of foreigners. The staff at the inn seemed busy, and there was a feeling that they were understaffed. The hot springs are good, but the open-air bath was covered with dead leaves, probably due to the season.

I used a coupon. It is true that we are keeping the number of people at the limit. No welcome drink at check-in, only soft drinks from vending machines. However, I thought it was a good deal for the price, and I felt that it was well worth the price. It's old, but it's okay, if you don't mind it, it's okay. I will repeat this, thank you very much, female manager. After that, when I contacted them to make a reservation, I was told that the employee had quit and they couldn't help me, and that the female manager had also gone elsewhere, and that the company was going bankrupt and didn't value its employees. I'll see how it goes,

This is a hotel that has been renovated from a vacant property. I stayed here without meals on the Saturday and Sunday before the Obon holiday.I felt that there was no problem with the taste and cleanliness, although it felt dilapidated in some places. Considering the time of check-in, the staff seems to be minimal.Even though I was a single person, futons and towels were provided for two people. There was only one sweet, so I'm not sure if I made a mistake or it was the service.Wi-Fi worked fine even inside the room. There is a main unit next to the stairs on each floor, and a repeater in the middle of the hallway. The hot spring source is listed as ``Kawaji Onsen Hotel No. 2''. It seems to be Kawaji No. 2 owned by the current Livemax Resort Kawaji (Kawaji Onsen Hotel → Motoyu Kawaji Onsen Ranrya → Gensen no Yado Ranryo → Livemax Resort Kawaji).Water is added to the indoor bath by a hose extending from the faucet next to the shower. Slightly hot even with water.Hot water is poured into the open air from two pipes. Both were warm, so maybe a mixture? I felt the scent of a hot spring was stronger in the open air. The temperature of the outdoor water is slightly warmer than your body temperature, so you can take a long bath.Since it is located in a place rich in nature, it is charming that unexpected things enter the open-air bath. There is a net, so please clean it yourself.I was told that they wouldn't leave my keys at the front desk when I took a bath or went out, but there was a free key box opposite the front desk. Why didn't you tell me...

This fantastic place is a throwback to a bygone era of luxury Japanese onsen hotels. The rooms, though a little tired, are comfortable - spacious with traditional bedding on tatami mats.Staff were incredibly friendly and the Onsen (particularly the outside bath) were wonderful.I have several tattoos, and though I wasn’t officially allowed to use the public onsen the staff allowed me to use it when no one else was there… a perk of visiting off-season.

Welcomed by being yelled at because we weren't parked in the right place. Room infested with mosquitoes. Futon as thin as paper, extremely uncomfortable as if we were sleeping on the floor. The lady at reception did not seek any solution to our problems and told us that it was like that. To flee

You can enjoy a higher-class stay at a reasonable price. The bedding was particularly comfortable and wonderful. Because of the low price setting, it seems that the number of people involved is small, so I think you should take it with a grain of salt. Anyway, it's a good value for money so I recommend it.

I stayed here on a solo trip, and the location is on a hill away from the river and close to the station. The building is old, and although the lobby had been renovated nicely, the rooms and bathrooms were in some parts dilapidated. Some of the hot springs were heated and water was constantly flowing, so a huge amount of hot water overflowed from the indoor bath. The outdoor and indoor baths have different temperatures, one being hot and the other being warm and comfortable, which is typical of Kawaji. The food was delicious, and although there were some concerns about the aging of the facilities, I was generally satisfied and would like to come back again. Please note that cards and electronic money cannot be used, and there are no ATMs nearby, so it is a good idea to bring plenty of cash with you in advance.

It's a cheap and good accommodation. |It's best to serve it with rice. ||When I arrived at the inn, I was worried that the exterior was old, but the interior was very beautiful. …

The lobby and courtyard are very nice, but the rooms are so old that you feel like you've traveled back in time. The best thing was the slippers for inside the hotel. They were light and easy to wear, so I bought a pair and took them home.
