This was my second stay. The room, the bathroom, the hospitality of the staff, the food, everything is wonderful.I highly recommend it if you want to really relax on your trip.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was allowed to go to the room I had booked, and when I thought I was going to take a bath in the open-air bath attached to the room, two of the three blinds that were supposed to cover my eyes were broken.If you use binoculars or a telescope, you can probably see it completely from the building on the opposite shore.When I contacted the front desk, the staff told me, ``It was damaged in the typhoon the other day, and we are requesting it to be repaired. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wear bathing clothes when you come in.'' The staff member brought us bathing clothes.No, that is not the correct way to handle this case, so I asked the staff member to contact the person in charge.Of course, they immediately prepared me another room.The room, food, and hot springs were good. As good as it was, the first thing that happened was too bad.Were those who stayed until the day before satisfied with that? If that was the case, I think there is a problem with the service, and I am writing this post in hopes that reservations will not be possible until the blinds in that room are repaired.

When I went to Mie around February of this year, I stayed with my mother.During my busy days at work, I happened to find this inn on Instagram.The food and the room were very good and I felt satisfied and happy, and the open-air bath in the room was also the best🥲❤︎Above all, the staff who took me to my room were very kind, talked to me about various things, and always took care of me from the beginning to the end.I'm really glad I stayed at this inn. It was the most memorable inn I've ever been to☺️I would like to stay here again for important anniversaries! thank you very much!I haven't written many reviews, but I wanted to write one as well as express my gratitude, so I decided to post it despite the slight time difference.

I stayed at the luxury ryokan "Kisara Betteitoku" in Toba. A special time began from the moment we arrived in a beautiful location with sea views.First of all, I was impressed by the excellent customer service. All the staff were polite and warm-hearted, and their attentiveness and smiles left an impression on me, allowing me to spend the entire stay comfortably.The facilities were very complete, and the room was a luxurious space with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean, the interior was sophisticated, and I felt like I was in another world. In the open-air bath, I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves, and the fatigue of everyday life was instantly healed.All the meals were exquisite. Each dish made with plenty of fresh local seafood was like a work of art, and I was very satisfied with both its appearance and taste. In particular, the kaiseki meal for dinner was a menu that made use of seasonal ingredients, and I was impressed with every bite.Overall, our stay at Kisara Betteitoku was a great experience. We are truly grateful for the wonderful customer service, luxurious facilities, and exquisite food. If you want to spend a special time, we sincerely recommend you to visit us at least once. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I wish they would have clearly communicated the expiry date of the Mie Travel Coupon...Although it was clean, when I was taking a bath in the open-air bath, which is my favorite place and where I spend the most time, I was concerned about the water stains on the glass that were most visible.Also, in the open-air bath, the place where you can see the best view is where the hot water comes out and the water intake, so my body was often sucked in. It's fine for adults, but it might be a little dangerous for children.The interior is well-organized, and the bathroom is especially luxuriously decorated, but there is no high-class furniture, and the space is lacking.The luxury of the open-air bath is by far the best, but I have purposely listed only the points where there is room for improvement.

The spring quality is the best. I have used many different hot springs, but I really liked this one. It's transparent, but it's thick and feels good. I've been there so many times that I'm surprised myself. The food was also carefully prepared and delicious. The view from the open-air bath was also refreshing. I want to go again.

It was my first time using it.The open-air bath in the room was very pleasant, and the food was carefully prepared, using plenty of local ingredients, and was delicious in appearance and taste.I was very satisfied. I set up the navigation, but after a little while, I got lost. It's a little hard to understand.After checking in at the lobby, I went to my room and received an explanation. The spacious room had a view of the ocean in front of me, and that alone was soothing.The hot spring bath attached to the room was nice because you could set the temperature yourself. The bathrobe was fluffy. I would have been even happier if there was a place to hang it up after use.It was great to be able to have free drinks, including alcohol, in the lobby from 4pm and take them to the room. I was also happy that there were many types of tea.The food was a good amount and I was able to finish it all. There was a good selection of Japanese sake, and it was delicious.

I was soothed by the spectacular view of Toba Bay, the delicious food, and the semi-open-air bath that comes with the room. I have stayed at such inns such as ``Futari Towanien'' in Izu, ``Yuyado Zen'' in Hakone Sengokuhara, and ``Futari Shizuka Bettei Ichihana Ichiyo'' in Komagane, but this is one of the top three (maybe the best?) I had a great time. To say the least, I didn't know the route well before arriving, and I should have eaten a little less food and improved the quality. I felt that. In terms of facilities, was it newly built as an inn like this? It felt like every detail was well thought out and designed. Specifically, the layout of the bedroom, entrance, sink, bathroom, and location of the air conditioner. I was able to use the light switches, window blinds, dressing room, washroom floor materials, etc., which I had wondered about in other accommodations, without any stress. I was especially surprised that when I turned on the towel hanger, the temperature of the towel rack pipe rose and dried the towels. There are so many bath towels that you don't even need to dry them. Although there were a few things that were pointed out in other reviews, it was a good stay and I was able to spend time there, which I am grateful for.
