As a VISON beginner, I can tell you that you should park in the parking lot for the HOTEL first. Immediately after entering is a parking lot for people who are not staying overnight (mostly Marche etc.). Let's park in the hotel parking lot at the top. You will pass straight through the round robin and there will be a sign board directing you to the hotel.Depending on the hotel room, you may need to change elevators, but it doesn't feel like a big deal.I was using a stroller, but there was no problem using a stroller inside the hotel. When I went to VISON's food, etc., there were many places where it was difficult to go with a stroller. You can basically avoid it by taking a detour, but there were many parts that were difficult to get to. If possible, I think it would be better to use a basic baby carrier.I didn't use the public bath, but my spouse was very satisfied.Since my child was small, it was very helpful that they informed us in advance and prepared a bed guard and diaper bucket.I missed it once after getting off the interchange, so I wish the entrance would have been more appealing.

My husband and I used it to celebrate a birthday. The location is very good, you can use the hot springs until midnight, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so it's a fun place, but the satellite environment of the hotel may not be good.Strange smell in the bedding, long hair on the toilet door. The previous guest's hair was left on the floor next to the bed. There was also trash, like food particles, lying around.It seems that the cleaning is not done properly.Since the price is reasonable, I would like them to take good care of the cleaning and satellite environment.It's spacious enough.At the reception desk, a part-time staff member who seemed to be unfamiliar with the situation was dealing with us over the phone about replenishment, and we had to wait for a while.It wasn't a time when a lot of people would come, so if you weren't on the phone with a customer, it didn't seem like they would just hang up on you, complete the reception first, and then talk to you again. I had someone come in to change my linens while I was going to the bathroom, but they forgot to leave a stack of handwritten notes in my room.It's a shame because everything else was good

Spending time in an environment where you can see the mountain range at different times is the best place to refresh yourself.This was my 6th stay since the hotel opened, and I was very happy with the 3rd anniversary special price.My favorites are ``Nouniere'' in the morning, ``Isewa'' in the afternoon, and ``Ise-o'' and ``ARATZ'' in the evening.It's also possible to go through several options.Many restaurants close early, so it would be even better if there were more options at night!Events and other events seem to have been well thought out, but it would have been nice to have a more detailed explanation at check-in.I have no complaints, but I would like it to be a smart TV if possible, and if Honzoyu's hair dryer was a high-performance one, I would give it full marks.I'm already looking forward to seeing if there are any special plans for next year's 4th anniversary!

We used it as a group of 16 people, and the staff was very responsive.However, I was a little confused because the facility was so large that it was hard to find where to eat, and it was far away.On the way back, they arranged a bus for both dinner and breakfast, which was helpful.There was one member in a wheelchair, and although the facilities in the room were very good, it was difficult for him to get around because he couldn't get on the relocated bus.

Everywhere you look, it's beautiful and the atmosphere is very quiet at night. I was able to spend a relaxing time.Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious and I would like to go again.
