I stayed in a classic twin room on Saturday. The lounge was crowded, but I was able to get a seat. The room is spacious and clean. As everyone has said, there are a lot of people eating there. The food looks fancy, but the taste is average. It was a cheap stay, but I think it's worth the price.

First of all, the name is too long, and it took a lot of effort to search on the navigation system. The guest room was beautifully renovated, but the unit bath was too small. Is it due to cost cutting or lack of staff? Expectations for hospitality are lowThe food is OK, if you're a big eater who likes alcohol, you'll be satisfied.I wanted to ask for a massage to relieve the fatigue of driving, but they didn't offer that service.

When checking out, I was told verbally, ``Your bill is ○○○ yen,'' and was asked to pay.It is common practice anywhere in the world to present a payment statement and ask for confirmation before requesting payment. So I asked for the statement, and after checking it, I made the payment.Mercure on Awaji Island was like that before. Is this how ACC works?Don't you think it's strange?

I'm glad the rooms have been renovated, but I thought the hotel had many issues, such as elevator wait times, restaurant buffet operations, and lack of guidance for Accor members. My impressions after staying here are that I don't think I will use it again.

I stayed here for one night while planning a tour. The lobby was large and open, and the rooms were large, with a view of Shima Spain Village and the ocean from the windows, giving it a resort-like feel. The public bath was also large and comfortable. The meal was buffet style and all the dishes were delicious. Also, during dinner, we could see the fireworks at Shima Spain Village, and we had the best time having dinner.Unfortunately, there were only three elevators in the center of the building, so I had to wait around four times each time I got on.

I stayed in a superior twin ocean view room. I thought the washbasin and toilet were separate in the room, but they were the same. The view is so-so. The next day was a weekday, but the lounge was busy with groups and families, and the lounge was chaotic. The elevator doesn't come easily. The buffet was crowded, with kids running around and adults yelling. I was so tired that I couldn't eat in peace. Considering the price, I don't think it's reasonable.

There are too many people. Meal times were so chaotic that it felt like eating while standing in the market.

I chose this place to stay because it was all-inclusive.Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety and were all delicious. Also, you can drink as much alcohol as you want, which is a great service for alcohol lovers. The only disappointing thing was that the service at the lounge was a little lacking.
