I've stayed here and there, but this might be the first time I've been completely satisfied with everything!I used it for one night this time, but honestly I don't think one night is enough. There's a lot to do after checking in, and it's bedtime (in a good way) before you know it.Most of the staff are friendly and the hospitality is amazing! They were so nice that I wondered how they could be like this. From the afternoon tea after check-in to the breakfast before check-out, everything is delicious.Next time I would like to stay for 2 nights or more.

It was a wonderful timeI went to this inn as a gift from my husband. While enjoying afternoon teaPlease carry my luggage to my room.Feel the warmth of wood in your room with bare feet. The goodness of tatami matsA vase of your favorite flowers...how wonderful! When you have children, you are less likely to drink alcohol.I was disappointed, but...Sake tasting and meals with attentive explanations from staffI was so happy to see the big smiles on my family's faces.Stylish, convenient and luxurious in the city center is also good.Picking flowers on the way to the guest roomDid you imagine Nachikuro? Looking at the aisles leads to more conversationsThe hospitality of nature is becoming unusual, such asMy heart was healedThis is an inn I would like to stay at again.Thank you to all the staff

The spacious grounds within walking distance from the reception desk are nice in spring and fall, but harsh in summer and winter. There are some shuttle vehicles available, and they will come if you request at the front desk, but they are not always in large numbers, so walking is the norm.I think the buffet meal has a lot of delicious food and a good selection of drinks, but I was disappointed in the low quality of the steaks that were included in the ``Koremiyogashi'' plan in order to increase the cost per guest. I'm sure there's something better out there instead of arrogantly serving up such scraps of meat. On the other hand, I wonder if this inn is targeting a customer base that can be lured in just by the word "steak".The staff were generally very impressed. I don't know if M&M Service, the company that produces this inn, even trains its staff, but the Chinese woman at the reception desk was really classy, and Jose, who served the food at the cafeteria, was funky. The brightness was remarkable. Thank you Jose! The elderly men who took me to and from my room were also very friendly and kind. Nothing to say.We rented a large room with an open-air bath. I think cleaning is difficult, but it was thorough and perfect.
