★Warning★ Earplugs are required for people who are sensitive to noise or suffer from insomnia.◯Axus:Access from Ise City Station is difficult unless you take a taxi or rental car. A taxi costs around 1500 yen. In the morning, you can reserve a bus when you check in, so you can go from the hotel to Ise City Station.◯Around the hotel: There is a supermarket in front. Dinner is at an izakaya restaurant, so it's hard to expect deliciousness. If you want to save money, it's better to buy a lunch box from a supermarket, and it's cheaper.◯Hotel room: It is well-maintained and has a clean feel. However, the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear the people next door talking. I couldn't sleep at all because of the voices of people talking and coughing late at night. I also heard snoring. People who are sensitive to soundEarplugs are required. It's really thin, so couples also have to be careful.◯Artificial hot spring: The water does not get cold. It's a beautiful hot spring. It's not very large, but you can check how crowded it is.◯Facilities: There is a coin laundry in the changing room of the public bath. It might be convenient for people staying for 2 nights or more! There is a microwave next to the vending machine. Ice is also available for free. You can get a drink with the welcome drink coins. I could also drink coffee. The refrigerator does not function as a refrigerator. Change it. . . Change it now. . . . This refrigerator is terrible.◯Morning buffet: Breakfast was buffet-style, with a lineup that would satisfy both Japanese food lovers and bread lovers.◯Staff response: Very good.As a route in quality, the service and cleanliness are good, but the thin walls are the worst, so this is the rating! It's sad that the building is bad but the service is fine.

When I canceled on the day due to personal reasons, when I came to the hotel just in case, I was glad that the customer service was kind and said thank you for coming, although I didn't stay this time.If I have a chance next time, I will definitely use it.

The customer service is simply the best! I went from hotel to hotel in the Kinki area and received appropriate answers and responses to my questions and guidance.I didn't feel the customer service was rough at all.

There's a supermarket right in front of you, a Seven Store is just around the corner, and a coin laundry is about a 2 minute walk away. Ramen shops, Mac, Okonomiyaki, and Marugame Seimen are also within walking distance. A little far from the station but quiet and convenient

The TV in the room does not support subtitles. I tried turning subtitles off and on using the screen display button, but I couldn't do it. Not recommended for people with hearing loss. As we live in an age of aging society, I hope that management will be considerate in dealing with the increasing number of people with age-related hearing loss.

There was a free bus (capacity: 8 people) from the hotel to the station, but check-in was late and the bus at the time I wanted to go was already over capacity, so I was wondering what to do, but the man at the front desk told me that the next day was I wasn't sure if I would be able to book a taxi on Sunday, but they contacted the taxi company right away and made a reservation for me to come to the hotel the next morning. I was very impressed with the courteous response. Thanks to you, I was able to catch the train in time and visit Futami Okitama Shrine and Ise Shrine as planned. thank you very much. The room was clean, I enjoyed the public bath, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would like to stay again.

Garbage collection started around 5:30 a.m., and the workers were talking loudly and making loud noises with cans and bottles, so I had to leave with a lack of sleep. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the soundproofing of the room was poor, so you could hear voices from surrounding rooms until late at night, and you could often hear noise from the parking lot.I stayed in a room on the first floor, but the humidity was very high and the room smelled like an old love hotel. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it didn't seem to be running all the time.
