We moved in in September. It is about a 6-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. Because we arrived at the hotel too early, we wanted to store our luggage. So we contacted the hotel owner, who immediately asked someone to open the door for us.It is very convenient to take the Nankai Limited Express directly from Kansai Airport ♡ The hotel is also very close to Tsutenkaku Tower; the accommodation is actually quite spacious. I like the layout of the bathroom and toilet being separated. The water pressure of the bathroom shower head is great and you can adjust it yourself. The water pressure is great. I like the drying function of the bathroom heater the most. The air volume of the hair dryer is also very big. I have a lot of hair, which is really great for me. There is also a freezer and I can finally buy ice to put it back. 🥳Some of the Japanese hotels I stayed in didn’t even have refrigerators frozen, so I couldn’t buy ice to eat back. In summary, I stayed at this hotel for two days and found it very convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended♡

I went there with my mother at the end of May. It was great to have two singles on separate sides so they wouldn’t interfere with each other.It's actually very close to the subway, and there's a local izakaya downstairs nearby.The room equipment allows you to cook your own meals, which is really worth the money.It only rained for two days, but it still did not dampen our enthusiasm.

There are many stations nearby and the transportation is very convenient. It is close to the business district and Tsutenkaku Tower. There are plenty of food and drinks, including McDonald's, Don Quixote, Daiso... etc.The entire building is very new, the elevators and rooms are also very clean, self check-in is available, and there are vacuum cleaners, washing machines, refrigerators, and microwaves in the rooms. You can refill garbage bags and toilet paper on the first floor. You can go out every day to take out the trash and keep the room clean by yourself.Towels and toothbrushes are provided in the rooms. If you need to change them, please inform the boss the day before.The sound insulation of the rooms is also quite good, there is no noise, and the bathroom can also dehumidify, turn on the heating, and cool down...It’s a place that makes people want to stay again!

Toothpaste and toilets were shared by previous residents. The decoration and various daily necessities were cheap. The toilet was too small and had a strange layout. The toilet and bathtub were separated into different rooms. The floor was dusty. There was no drinking water or a water dispenser.Considering the location and price, I would not be happy staying in this place.
