Stayed in September 2024. I went by train to see Kumano Kodo for the first time. Everything is wonderful, I don't know what to say...It was really beautiful, right in front of the station and right in front of the sea, the staff were all very polite and pleasant, the room was comfortable, and it was helpful that there was a well-established supermarket called Okuwa right in front of the station. The Okuise Yuzu Chuhai at the small shop next to the front desk was delicious, so please check it out. The mandarin oranges at Mihama Loco, the direct farm market right outside the hotel, were cheap and delicious...One thing to note is that the number of trains and buses is surprisingly low, and you can't use your transportation IC card at Atawa Station. If you are coming from the Osaka area on the limited express Kuroshio, if you are using an IC card, you will need to register once on the platform before changing to the train bound for Atawa Station at Shingu Station, and then pay in cash on the train at Atawa Station. It seemed like only(!?)Adawa Station was more inconvenient than I expected, but there were other benefits that outweighed that. There are also modern cafes around Shingu Station, so waiting for your transfer wasn't that painful.Definitely recommended! !

So nice! It's a hotel!I used a king room. There is also 25㎡! I had a relaxing time. There are no restaurants inside the hotel where you can eat (although they do have light snacks), so we had to buy some at a nearby supermarket. The rest is 💯! !

I stayed here for the first time in 3 years. The comfort level hasn't changed.A well-cleaned room with a comfortable shower room and a comfortable bed. There is a free drink space for miso soup, tea, and coffee. The breakfast bento was really delicious.

The hotel is wonderful, very comfortable to stay. I would say it’s hard to get to without a car. They have very limited parking, but thankfully, you can park to the station parking next-door. The rooms are clean, but they clean every three days like changing the sheets they will take out your trash and renew the towels and replenish, but that might be a little bit difficult if you have a long stay. There’s no food or room service, so we have been buying food. You can get great sleep here.

I used it on a weekend in August 2024.After playing at Atashika Beach until the evening, I drove there in about 30 minutes.I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, but this was my first time using Fairfield. There is no restaurant or bathhouse, but it is a clean and stylish hotel. It's a 3-story building, so it's convenient and easy to get in and out without having to wait long for the elevator. There is no restaurant within the hotel, and there are only a few restaurants within walking distance: a yakiniku restaurant, an izakaya, and a Chinese restaurant. When I asked on the phone, I was told that the yakiniku restaurant and izakaya were already full, as it was the weekend, so I went to eat Chinese food.It was a beautiful new Chinese restaurant, and the interior was clean and delicious. The roadside station building next door closes early, closing at 6pm, but there is a supermarket called Okuwa inside, and it seems that Okuwa is open until 9pm.

There's nothing around15 minutes by car to Shishiiwa.30 minutes to Onigajo.I made a reservation after agreeing to the above information.♥What makes me happy:■There is a Yakiniku restaurant right next door! It's a store called Hanabi, and it only accepts cash (PayPay is not accepted), but I was able to go there without a reservation even on Saturdays and Sundays. If you drive far away to eat, you'll run out of parking spaces on your way back, so it's nice to have a delicious restaurant that you can walk to.■The breakfast box was very delicious. It looks exactly like a one-person New Year's restaurant! It looked so appetizing that I forgot to take a photo because my hand was stuck out the moment I opened the box. All of the items, including the Tamehari sushi, which has been improved to bite-sized pieces, have a strong flavor and are delicious even when cold, so you can enjoy them on your travels as a picnic. Not too sour, not too sweet, each dish has a truly heartwarming flavor, and there's nothing to skimp on. It goes perfectly with the free miso soup provided by the hotel.■The juices made from Mihama mandarin oranges are so delicious that I won 3 out of 5 types! Recommended in order of sweetness: Mandarin → Shiranui → Amanatsu. The remaining ponkan and summer fresh are bitter and sour. By the way, the strawberry ice cream was also delicious.■The water pressure of the shower is ok. If only it were a little stronger💮.■I could see the sunrise from my room and it was the best alarm clock. So beautiful!■It depends on the person at the front desk, but most of them were warm and easy to interact with, making it hard to believe it was my first time visiting a hotel. What I struggled with:・There is a roadside station next door, but you have to go from the pedestrian bridge (the road is prohibited from crossing)・It's a shame that the mobile key wasn't made until the very end.I felt very disappointed as I spent most of the first day reinstalling apps and trying to find the cause.・The water pressure in the sink in the lounge is quite weak, which is disappointing.・Even the alcohol in the kitchen is gel type, and there are no wet wipes, so hygiene is a concern. I wanted to wipe the kitchen counter and the lobby lounge table before and after using it, but I couldn't. Other customers also left them dirty and didn't wipe them💦I ended up using my own wet wipes.A bonus at the end.Since the room faces the road, I decided to pull down the blinds in the evening, thinking that I would be able to see everything at night. When I came back from dinner and relaxed on the sofa, I heard something banging against the window and it lasted for 30 minutes, so I pulled up the blinds. Then, there were bugs all over the window!I thought it was a stink bug and when I looked closely, I found it to be a stink bug, but its movements and actions were so cute that I had fun observing it and taking videos of it. It was interesting to see pistachios strewn on the windows. I think it would be fun to write with kids 🎵
