The location is behind Tsutenkaku Tower, but a bit far from Shin-Imamiya Station, so it's a bit of a distance to carry your luggage. The equipment in the room is very new and very good

Everything necessary for home is available, and all of them are of a certain quality.The bathroom and toilet are all in separate compartments, and there is also a Panasonic high-end hair dryer.The washing machine is paired with the drying equipment in the bathroom, so you don't have to worry about the clothes not drying.The kitchen equipment is also complete enough, including a baking microwave, gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, and general kitchen utensils, making going out as convenient as at home.The room is also equipped with common household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, irons, etc., which is very convenient.The dining room table is also the size of a normal home, making it comfortable for four people to dine.There are also enough bags and disposal areas for garbage.The overall space size is comfortable and the layout is well planned.The attached projector is not a regular TV (it is integrated with the ceiling light in the living room), which I am not used to. It is a pity that it cannot be connected via HDMI (or maybe I don’t know how to use it), but it helps save space.Note: Because it is a self-service check-in, it is recommended that you confirm that you have received the detailed check-in action notice two days before check-in; if not, you should ask the store to avoid being in a hurry when you check-in (this situation has happened to other travelers, but you can get it quickly to the notice); information on other notification methods such as line is also provided at the door.

Nice apartment hotel. Very good value for money. There is everything you need in the studio. It's very clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the air conditioning works very well.Well located between two metro stations, 5 minutes walk. A street next to Sinsekay and the New World district.A very good Lawson kombini at the bottom of the building.5 minutes from a large Don Quejote, the zoo and lots of restaurants.I recommend.We spent a week there with our two children.

The location is close to the subway station, with large supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to get in and out to buy daily necessities and food.The room was clean and fresh. All daily equipment is complete, such as cooking stove, microwave oven, and washing machine.
