Wonderful ryokan, with private onsens in the rooms. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and so delicate. We were welcomed by the most attentive and kind staff. Highly recommend !

Only the bath and food were good. The staff's treatment is the worst. The explanation is too bad.I wasn't ready for the beauty salon I had booked. My esthetician skills were not good.I would like a refund if possible.I went to heal, but I'm tired.

I visited this hotel because the reviews on various accommodation sites were very good.Attentive hospitality from check-in to check-out, stylish modern Japanese rooms with plenty of amenities, and open-air baths with constantly flowing water...I've been visiting hot springs in the Izu Peninsula recently, and I highly recommend them. !I stayed in Arashiyama, and the bath was large and the view of the garden from the room was lovely. There is also a chorus of frogs at night 🐸 lolNot only is the food delicious, but you can also enjoy the tableware and the conversation with the waitress 😋🍴💕Also, since it was my birthday, they prepared a surprise cake for me, which was very memorable! In the evening, to calm down my bloated stomach after dinner, I took a walk through the bamboo forest path to Shuzenji Temple, and the starry sky was beautiful🌃Personally, I was so happy with the bamboo comb and paddle brush that I took them home, including the ones he didn't use lol.The other rooms were also nice, so I would like to visit you again for events such as anniversaries 😌♨🍶

The hotel is a little gem. On Google it shows 3 stars, which is far too few. The hotel is still very new and has a very appealing architectural mix of modern and traditional. We spent 2 nights there. We had a kind of apartment with a bedroom and a living room, as well as a bathroom and outdoor pool (private onsen). For dinner and breakfast we were served various small culinary works of art, which were very delicious. You definitely shouldn't miss the delicious mushroom miso soup and the eel.My husband had to unexpectedly go to the doctor and then to the hospital because of a thrombosis. The staff were excited with me that he would get the right treatment in time. As this took much longer than expected, the hotel manager offered to go and pick up my husband from the hospital together, because there were no taxis back to the hotel at that late hour.We have already seen some hotels in the world that are beautiful and this is certainly one of them. In terms of attentiveness and hospitality, however, this hotel stands out. It is rare to see such friendly people who enjoy hotel service.

A highlight in our Japan trip. I would give them 6 Stars if I can. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The guest experience has been thought through from the minute you get into the Ryokan till you put your head on the pillow. Very clean and all the amenities are of highest quality like Dyson hairdryer. The staff are so nice and polite. I highly recommend this Ryokan and I can’t wait to come back.
