My family had a pleasant stay here. This is a self-service hotel where you check in using an iPad, and they provide you with a code for your room. The online staff was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in much earlier since our room was ready. The room itself is spacious by Japan standards and comes equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and cooker. There’s also a coin laundry next door where you can get your clothes dried in less than an hour. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it’s conveniently close to main attractions. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Namba and Kuromon Market, 10 minutes to Shinsaibashi, 10 minutes to Tsutenkaku, and 15 minutes to Tennoji Park. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka!

It's not a hotel. It's a hostel. So don't have too high expectations.Reception will be done on a tablet device.Even if you have registered in advance, you will need to re-enter and take a photo. Since it is unmanned, people who are not familiar with digital technology may have a hard time here, which may have affected the evaluation, but it is not a very complicated procedure. This time we rented a room for 6 people on the first floor. Two bunk beds and two double beds. The shower and kitchen are separate. The first thing that bothered me was the smell in the room. There was a strong air freshener smell and I thought it was coming from the washing machine inside the room, but it turned out to be an electric diffuser.Maybe you want it to have an aromatic feel, but it's too strong. I immediately turned it off and turned on the ventilation. The room itself is clean and the toilet and shower are well cleaned. The air conditioner works well and there are no problems. There is no need to worry about forgetting the key as the key is unlocked by entering a number sent to you via email. However, the 6-person room on the first floor has a separate entrance right near the front desk, so you can have the terrifying experience of someone misunderstanding you trying to open the door forever. It says ``Reception is over there,'' but it's night so I may not have seen it. It was seriously scary. It's reasonably priced and very good for people who don't need hotel-like services (breakfast, linen exchange, front desk assistance, etc.).Although it's close to Shinsekai, it's in a residential area so it's not that noisy. There is a karaoke snack bar next door, but I couldn't hear any noise at all.I'd be lying if I said I didn't have any complaints, but I think it's a good value for money if you can stay in a reasonably priced and clean accommodation. There is a Lawson, Super Tamade, and Naka-U within a 3-minute walk, and Shinsekai is a 5-minute walk away. There are several stations to choose from including Ebisucho, Shin-Imamiya, and Dobutsuen-mae.It's a convenient location.

Very good value for money. The cleanliness of the room is good. Access to the city is not bad. However, there is nothing near the hotel. It is not good for a late-night snack.
