Poor operation.I made a reservation for a group, but when I told them the reservation name, what? I was worried that I couldn't make a reservation because of that look on my face. The reception was slow,I arrived tired and was given a welcome cookie to keep me hydrated, but I wasn't happy about it.I prefer bottled water.There is no bathtub in the room, so I went to the public bath, but it was crowded and I had to wait. The changing room is also small. The chlorine also irritated my skin.It was nice to have all-you-can-drink water in Toyama.Breakfast is average.

First time staying at a Doubletree. Before checking in, I went there to store my suitcase and was told that I could check in early. I went to eat lunch and then checked in.The room may be small compared to the Hilton, but it was spacious and comfortable compared to a normal business hotel. There was a water server on each floor, and you could drink as much delicious Toyama water as you like.Although the breakfast space is not large, there were many items and I was very satisfied!Also, unfortunately it was raining on the day I went, but they lent me an umbrella, which was helpful.I was using a rental car, but the Hilton website says in the parking lot section that I should check with the hotel, but when I asked, they told me that there was no affiliated parking lot. If it doesn't exist, I'd like you to write that it doesn't exist from the beginning.When I got home and drank some water at home, I was shocked. Toyama's water is so delicious.If I have a chance to go to Toyama again, I will definitely use it again.

DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama is a nice hotel, and I believe it’s the best in the city. After walking around Toyama, it’s clear that this hotel is one of the newest, as many others nearby look a bit older.The room I stayed in was spacious, especially for Japan, and the location is excellent—just a 1-2 minute walk from Toyama Station.Each floor has a nice water machine where you can fill up with fresh Toyama mountain water, which was a great touch.We also received delicious fresh biscuits upon check-in, which made us feel very welcome.The hotel has a bath, though it’s not very large, but still a good spot to relax.The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive.I’ve noticed some reviews complaining about minor things, like needing to go downstairs for a WiFi password, which I find quite unnecessary. The staff here work hard to ensure a pleasant stay, and it’s frustrating to see people focusing on such small issues.This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service

I stayed here from September 30th to October 1st.The hotel was generally comfortable. The customer service of the male receptionist who came to the breakfast venue was so wonderful that I wrote a review. From showing us to our table to casual conversation, they were very smart and full of warmth. I also work in the service industry, and there were many things I wanted to learn from. I would definitely like to stay there again.

This is currently the best hotel in Toyama.As a former Hilton Diamond member, this was my first stay at Doubletree. I always thought it was a budget hotel, but I didn’t realize its positioning within the Hilton group is premium.·LocationThe hotel is located in the city center, just one traffic light away from the JR station, making transportation very convenient.·RoomThe room is quite spacious by Japanese standards. I received an upgrade as a member, and since it just opened in 2023, everything feels brand new.Most importantly! The bathroom has a wet and dry separation! No need to stand in the bathtub to shower!The hotel has a hot spring bath and sauna, but they are only open from 6:00-10:00 and 15:00-23:00.
