I'm staying here for about a month and a half for renovations.I was able to see the rooms and consult with them even before my stay, and I was very happy with the reassuring and hospitable response.The room had solid walls, so there was no sign of people next door, and it was a nice room with all cooking utensils and tableware, making it easy to stay.I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Kobe.

Thank you for taking care of me for 4 weeks when I returned from overseas temporarily. They were very polite from the time of making the reservation, and provided detailed service even after moving in. The receptionist also helped us receive our mail, which was very helpful for us as we were sightseeing during the day. We had a comfortable stay thanks to the extremely clean, spacious and easy-to-use room, as well as the well-prepared equipment. Even on hot and humid days, the air conditioner kept us comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again when I stay in Kobe. Definitely recommended if you come to Kansai.

We have very clean, spacious and easy-to-use rooms and facilities, and we have convenient supplies that are easy to reach, so you can spend your days comfortably. You can feel the careful attention to detail throughout the room. I definitely want to stay here again when I stay in Kobe.

The apartments are well equipped and well maintained and a short walk to the station and supermarkets. Have stayed here a couple of times for 4-5 weeks at a time. It's a great place for long term stays.

This is my second time staying there several months ago. Although the location is convenient, the area around the apartment is quiet and very calm. The room is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, so you'll want to stay for a long time. Above all, the staff were very kind and warm, and we had a great time.

I'm staying from overseas for 2 weeks. It has good transportation links, is fully stocked with supplies so you can move in right away, and is thoroughly cleaned and maintained, so I will definitely use it when I return home. There's a bakery and a convenience store right on the corner, and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, so it's very convenient.

I used it for the first time after returning to Japan temporarily. I am very satisfied and would like to use it again next time. It was fully equipped and I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. The environment is a very nice and quiet place, and transportation access is very convenient, allowing you to walk to Motomachi Shopping Street. The staff were also very helpful and quick to respond.
