Personally, I visited Akita Prefecture for the first time in my life in 1986, and I went on a school trip with Sayama City Chuo Junior High School from May 19th to 21st, 1986 for 2 nights and 3 days, making one round trip from Omiya (Saitama Prefecture) Station.・I visited the museum from May 19th to 20th, and even though I arrived in the evening, I suddenly saw a TV show called ``Dragon Ball'' based on the original work by Akira Toriyama. It's a three-story building, and the boys and I had rooms on the second floor, and the girls had rooms on the third floor, and we even integrated separate toilets for men and women. On top of that, each class had a ``recreational tournament'' in the banquet hall on the first floor in the evening, which was very lively, but the class was warned strictly by the head teacher during meals, and there were times when the students were very noisy and playful while sleeping. did.

The building and everything else is a little old, but it's a comfortable place to stay. Enough bathrooms too!

There was a ski tournament at Akita Hachimantai Ski Resort, and we had a great time. The surrounding hotels have gone out of business, so this is a valuable hotel that allows you to walk to the ski resort.Perhaps because the building is old, there are a lot of stink bugs that come into the rooms...If you accept this fact and don't stay there, you might find it difficult. . .However, during the tournament, breakfast is served at 5:30, which I am very grateful for!

After skiing, I stopped by with my kids for a day trip bath.Day trip bathing is available until 4pm. At that point, it was just before 4pm, but the host did not make a displeased face and politely replied, ``It's okay to go in slowly!'' ``Do you know where the public bath is? I'll show you around.'' Ta.The spring quality here is a simple iron-containing hot spring. Clear water with a slight yellow tinge. It's not thick or has a strong odor, leaving a refreshing impression. The open-air bath is colorful and artistic, and you will be surprised! I thought it was tiles, but there were also things like plates and teacups that looked like ceramic bottoms. Unique idea! The children were also very happy.I ended up visiting at a half-hearted time, and when I left, I could only say a word of thanks because he seemed busy. Excuse me.It was a very pleasant hot spring with both the hot water and the person's personality. The children seemed to like it very much, saying, ``The hot springs were pleasant, and the uncle (the husband) was also a really nice guy, so I want to stay there next time!'' I think so too.

Other people have written only good things, but my experience was the exact opposite, and I felt bad. There is a free service bus that goes to both Tamagawa Onsen and Goshogake Onsen, but I decided not to go because I couldn't go to both hot springs in the morning. However, at the time the bus was leaving, an old man in his late 60s or 70s came into my room and told me I wasn't going. His face and voice immediately became hostile and he said, ``If you don't go, then... "Say it." On the other hand, why do you think everyone will go? Then you should just ask in advance whether you want to go or not. What I still cannot forget is the sudden change in his hateful attitude towards the customers. By the way, there are other reasons for not going. I read on the internet that a few years ago there was an accident where a bus here fell off a cliff on the way to Tamagawa Onsen. I should have said that to the old man who was so rude to the customer. The landlady here came in with a few other employees when I was taking a bath. Normally, if there were customers inside, I would have called out to them, but they completely ignored me. Even though there were customers, the employees were making a lot of noise.Do the people here have different attitudes depending on the customer? ?

I visited for the first time because I got a discount on the ``Monthly Acute Bessatsu Iwate Day Trip Onsen''. They gave me an additional 100 yen off because the water in the open-air bath was only half full and it was difficult to get into it. The water was clear and warm, and I was able to soak in it without feeling hot and it felt good. It is recommended!

Anyway, the warm "hospitality" of the people at the inn is soothing...I feel like I'm back at home. The food is healthy and satisfying for lovers of local cuisine. If you feel like you don't have enough volume, you can be satisfied with the unlimited refills.
