I got stuck in a traffic jam and didn't arrive until after 8pm, but when I contacted them about my late arrival, they told me that I could arrive at any time and that I should be careful on the mountain roads. I was also very grateful for the manager's thoughtfulness in preparing dinner so I could eat it right away. It was very delicious. Also, the view of autumn leaves from the window of the room was wonderful. After taking a bath in the hot springs, my skin became smooth. I would definitely like to stay again. Next time, I would like to arrive before daylight and take my time to enjoy the scenery and the hot springs.

The other day, while sightseeing in Oku-Nikko, I forgot my backpack containing all my valuables, including a large sum of money, at Ryuzu Falls. Despite this, you delivered everything. This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit as a thank you.I really appreciate it. I work for a travel agency, so I would like to give back in some small way. Thank you very much.

This is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. There is a lack of consideration in everything. I will never stay there again. I'm really disappointed

The food didn't come out after 30 minutes, and the chef said it was an apology dish, and the food that came out was also served on the table next to it (a dish that usually comes in a course), so the customers could hear it. There are a lot of things that are disgusting, such as yelling at the foreign staff right behind the fusuma. It's not that they're busy and careless, but the service spirit is the worst.

The open-air bath here is the best spot to view the geyser. You can see the geyser directly from the side. The photo was taken just before the end of the bubble, but at the moment the bubble bursts, the water rises to about 2/3 of the bridge. You can see some mini geysers below, and smoke is constantly coming out of them. Sometimes the water rises to about human height. The smoke from here stops for a while before the big geyser starts blowing out.

I think it's nice that you could see the geyser from your room, but first of all, the windows were dirty. Is the front one in the refrigerator? It had a half-drunk coke in it, and I felt it wasn't well maintained.I received a phone call asking for dinner to start at 8 o'clock, but they didn't have enough people. Maybe they just came in, they couldn't speak Japanese, there was no explanation of the dishes, and the order was random. There are no drink menus either. It can't be helped that it takes a long time to cook, but I was surprised that the grilled fish arrived after the dessert arrived, saying I had forgotten about it.There are no instructions on how to eat it.There were no shops, and most of the drinks in the vending machines were sold out.I was really disappointed considering I paid so much money. Will never go again.
