We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the onsen for a night. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, providing us with a map and great recommendations for nearby activities.The dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and the coffee was amazing!

Thank you for your help at the end of the year.Even though it was the end of the year, I made a reservation because the price was very reasonable.As the reviews said, it was a very nice pension and I was very happy with the warmth of the owner and his wife.We received detailed information about nearby sightseeing, crowds, weather, etc. in the email before staying, which was very helpful!The food was so delicious that no matter what you ate, it would warm your heart! The beef cheek was melt-in-your-mouth delicious!Breakfast was also very delicious.(I was really impressed by how delicious the water itself was)The private open-air bath was wonderful, the view was amazing, and the starry sky at night was also amazing!I was so happy to see the smiles, kindness, and care of the couple who owns Ari no Tou that I would like to see them again.It was such a wonderful pension that I had such great memories.I would love to go again!

I stayed here during the autumn leaves. The owner was very helpful in explaining the weather conditions and tricks to avoid traffic jams in detail. The food is delicious, especially dinner, which will leave you feeling full. There are also 3 private open-air baths that you can enjoy. I was concerned because my dog was dirty and looked pitiful. It may be "yes" again. Thank you for your help.

I have been visiting you every year for about 15 years.Compared to the latest style resort hotels, etc., the facilities may be a little inferior (sorry to the owner).The cleaning was thorough and I personally have not had any complaints during my stay.The food is delicious, and most of all, the staff are very attentive, making this an inn I'd like to stay at again and again.Not only for people with pets, but especially for people who want to own a large dog in the future, these two signature dogs are very nice and can be taken for walks.We also recommend letting them play as part of breeding practice.

The signboard dog, a golden dog, had been kept outside in the freezing cold and snow...I came here thinking it was a pet-friendly inn, so I was very sad. Dogs also want to sleep in a warm place. Please take good care of me...I was very grateful for the weather and transportation information I received in advance, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the other hand, even though there is a small additional charge for heating, the heating in the hallways is not working well and it is cold, and the kettle in the recreation room is always turned off, so when you want hot water, the heating is not working. There are many inconveniences such as having to wait a long time for hot water to boil in the recreation room (there is no kettle in the room), and being asked to turn off the heating when going out (the room is cold when I get home because it is the middle of winter). There was a lot of freedom.
