(1 group per day) We reserved a plan for a private room table seat x guest meal ~ Kaiseki meal served by the chef in a private room. The description said, ``One chef will serve one group of guests the most delicious, freshly prepared food right in front of them, from the appetizer to the final dessert.''Kaiseki meals in private rooms are common in accommodations in this price range, but since I only travel once in a while, I thought it would be a special experience, so I decided on this plan.No matter who reads it or how, I think the chef will be holding a knife and cooking the food right in front of you, right? On the menu for the day (attached image), there was a note on the fried items that said, ``We will fry it right in front of you.''However, the tempura is only brought in from the kitchen next door, and it is unclear who is frying it.The rest of the menu was never prepared in front of us, just brought in from the kitchen next door. The tasks in front of me (not cooking) were mixing the salad, putting sauce on the cloud sea pot, and making the last bits of sushi. That seems like a meal for guests. That's on the same level as what a waiter would do for a normal course meal, and it's really an exaggeration.Out of all the inns and hotels I've stayed at, I felt like I was being treated as one of the best, and I felt the worst. You won't get back the excitement you were looking forward to, the unpleasant time you spent, and the money you wasted. The inn itself is clean and the food itself is delicious, but I don't think it's an inn where you'd be fooled to stay.I think those who have given high ratings are not taking advantage of the meal plan for guests. If it was a normal plan, I could imagine that the reviews would be fairly good. However, there are many honest inns in the same price range in Arima Onsen, so if you are interested in this inn, please do not book the pre-cooking course. It was a really unpleasant two days and one night.I'm sure the manager hasn't forgotten what we talked about face-to-face, so he should revise the description on the homepage and plan details. It can't be helped if they continue to deceive customers.I think it would be best to report such exaggerated advertisements and lies to the Japan Advertising Review Organization (JARO), a public interest incorporated association.

Among hot springs, I like Kinsen, and I love Arima Onsen. This time I went to a hot spring inn that had a bath in the room.First of all, I was impressed by the many "hospitality" services provided in the room. There were many types of alcoholic beverages, and a variety of sweets were also available, with a mix of Japanese and Western styles. You might feel full until dinner, but you can sweat it off in the bath in your room, so it's okay! !All the dishes were delicious! !The course here was super filling.First, start with the dashi soup that is gentle on the body. They use a siphon to make the bonito soup and soothe your stomach before your meal.・Appetizers such as abalone crab stew with red bean paste・Japanese foodFresh lobsters are served and prepared right in front of you! !・Sashimi fatty tuna and sea urchinAssorted sashimi made with only big fish・This specialty! ! Sukiyaki! !Sukiyaki that comes out of cotton candy❣️This was exquisite~・Tempura 4-5 itemsSince it was still February, crab tempura was served!・5 pieces of sushiSo delicious! !I was pretty full. The dessert ice cream transforms from milk to ice cream right before your eyes with liquid nitrogen (?)!The bathtub in the room was located a little higher up so that elderly people had to watch their step when entering.Breakfast was healthy.Little by little, many types of Japanese food have appeared. It was a trip to Arima Onsen.

Accommodation date: April 3, 2024I used the reservation site's discount service and got a 25,000 yen discount for one night in room [103 Satsuki].Meals are upgraded to a private room plan..The poster is a 41-year-old Tokyo resident who loves creative Japanese cuisine and hot springs, and visits inns in the Kanto area in the same price range, as well as Japanese restaurants and restaurants in Tokyo, several times a year..[Customer service]★★★★★I had the opportunity to meet 5 staff members and chefs.Everyone was polite and moderately friendly, and the customer service was very pleasant..[Cooking] ★★★★★Both breakfast and dinner were completely satisfying. Not only the taste, but also the entertaining performances of the familiar chefs will remain in your memory. Customers from overseas will also be pleased.Regarding one point, regarding tomato sukiyaki, the performance of the cotton candy itself is excellent, but as a dish, it feels like it has been overworked and clunky. In particular, the cubes of yam mixed with egg yolk had too much presence. It didn't compliment the meat. It might have been easier to eat if the yam had been cut into very thin pieces and wrapped in meat..[Hot spring] ★★★★☆I was satisfied with the location, layout, and temperature, but I was disappointed by the strong chlorine smell from the circulation filtration. However, it would be impossible to use it directly due to the cost, and this may be the limit in terms of hygiene. I wanted to go in at the source..[Room]★★★★★The space was much better than the photos posted on the web.The existing photos provided by the inn do not convey the quality of the room, so I think it would be better to take them again.(The scale, texture, lighting, etc. all look worse than they actually are).[Cost performance]★★★★★Considering inflation, the weak yen, and inbound demand, I thought the price was fair or low (even without discounts). There may be times when you lose out, but is it the same as the old price? I think it's embarrassing for those who have written low ratings! lol.【summary】It was a memorable stay.I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Kobe.

I stayed in a room for 280,000 yen. The room, food, hospitality, etc. are all not worth the price, so it's better to stay away. For example, in Hakone, it would be around 100,000 to 140,000 for two people.

It was very nice to be able to bathe in Kinsen in the open-air bath in the guest room. Dinner was a plan in which a variety of things were prepared by the chef in a private room. The food was very elaborate and tasted delicious. Also, no matter where I looked inside the building, it was very clean and I felt that they were thorough in their cleaning and makeup. If I have a chance, I would like to visit you again. thank you very much.

It is the absolute best ryokan we have ever stayed and Rm 201 is probably the best room this boutique has to offer out of a total of 6 rooms (reading from the signage).Service- is absolutely spotlessRoom- is spacious, luxurious and tastefulFood- absolutely amazingLocation- to be honest, once you are here, the outside world is pointless to consider
