Amazing, caring owners. Super good location. The rooms are a bit cold, even with the included space heater. For gajin tourists: this is a very classic Japanese establishment. You sleep on mattresses on the floor, you wear different slippers for every occasion, there’s 2 shared baths, you’ll probably hit your head 3 times/day etc. If you want this experience, it’s everything you could ever ask for. Just be prepared for it :)

Breakfast and dinner meals have fixed times and you have to act accordingly, so you need to manage your schedule a little. But the food is so delicious that it should be prioritized over other plans. There are almost no problems during your stay, but if you want to eat or drink, there are no shops nearby and they close early, so you will need to buy what you need for lunch. And the location of the inn is great. You can see beautiful scenery both day and night.I guess the age of the building is part of its charm.

First trip to Japan, guesthouse operator, rented one charger, received 2,000 yen refund, asked for compensation, claimed to have no talent at meeting. I don't need to borrow other people's cries! However, it is a command phrase (very ugly tone) in Japanese, and it is definitely not recommended, nor will we meet again! This is the worst private lodging owner I've ever met while traveling in Japan. I wanted to borrow a charger. Not only did they take a 2,000 yen deposit, but they also had bad manners in their words. I absolutely do not recommend them, and I will never come again. yeah!

The food is very delicious and beyond imagination. Homemade bread and smoked cheese. The hot spring is not big but it is retro, deep and full of flavor.I'm quite satisfied with two meals in one stay, but you have to pay attention to the fixed meal times. If the uncle in the Japanese-style room sleeps, the additional effect of getting up early will be activated.
