The slightly petite male front desk staff was very unfriendly. The other staff were very polite and nice.Even if you stay multiple nights, you cannot stay in the hotel after 11am or use lockers, so you have no choice but to leave your luggage at the front desk and go out.If you don't have much luggage and it's not likely to be crowded, a private room may be better. The bathroom only has a private shower room with poor ventilation and hot air tends to accumulate. The futon is hard.

There are many negative aspects such as the smell, hygiene, hardness of the bedding, noise, customer service, etc., but it is recommended if you can tolerate all of them.If you can't tolerate even one thing, you shouldn't stay.Being able to stay overnight for just under 4,000 yen with a last-minute reservation during Golden Week was an absolute bargain.thank you very much.

It is better not to have high expectations regarding hygiene.A space that is used by people without money or pride.I tried using it because I wanted to see something scary and it was for a short time, but I don't feel like repeating it at all.It might be good if you are the type who doesn't care about small details. The location is also the perfect place to finish your drinks.

First, when checking in, the man at the front desk was throwing the key to the customer. The man at the front desk had a low voice.I didn't understand what he was saying, so when I asked him again, he said, "The key to the shoe closet." I'm not this guy's friend, and when we meet for the first time, it's usually unpleasant to hear him talk. When I asked if the check-in process had been completed, the man retorted in a voice that the customer could hear and clicked his tongue, saying, "It's such a hassle."Rather than being angry at the customer service, I'm more concerned about how well I'm living with this attitude and this level of voice. Also, I thought I had booked for consecutive nights, but apparently the rules are that you check out at 11:00 every morning and leave your luggage at the front desk each time. I have to be outside for 3 hours during the day. Also, the electronic clock next to my bed in the capsule (bed) was 7 minutes late.postscriptWhen the female employee was at the front desk, I received good service.

It smells like cigarettes. Is this a smoking hotel? ? I usually smoke in the lobby. That can't be called a smoking area. The whole building smells of cigarettes. Overall unsanitary.

This is the worst level of garbage ever.First of all, although there is a sauna, there is no public bath. There is no cold bath. It's fine so far, but there is no cold water in the shower. To top it all off, there is no air conditioning in the building, so it's quite hot. It's even hotter after the sauna. And the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. There is a smoking area in an area with no partitions, so the smell wafts all the way into the capsule room. It's garbage to say the least.Well, it's better than sleeping on the street.
