I used it on a business trip a long time ago. It was a short walk from Kawasaki Station, and the rooms were average. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. It used to be called Turtle Hills, but they changed it.

I stayed for several nights, but the next day I asked for cleaning at the last minute at 11:00, but they didn't like it. In that case, don't write in the information, ``If you leave the key until 11:00, we will clean it.''

I stayed in Kawasaki for about 2 months and it was the best value for money and the internet was fast.If you reserve a parking lot, it costs 1,500 yen, but it is convenient because you can leave the parking lot as you like.

The man at the front desk is annoyed. It smells like cigarettes, and I get annoyed when I talk to the customers in a sloppy manner or in a loud Kansai dialect. The people at the top of this hotel don't say anything about customer service?I think it's probably the same male staff member who was mentioned in several previous reviews. It felt like I was making fun of people.Another young female staff member responded politely. When I was writing my name during check-in, he casually complimented me on my nails, and I felt great when I checked in. But then, when I went to the front desk to borrow a hair dryer, the man mentioned above was extremely rude. It was persistent and irritating. At first, I thought he was taking a break since he wasn't at the front desk, but when I came to the front desk, it smelled like cigarettes. Neither I nor my boyfriend smoke, so I really hated the smell of cigarettes at the front desk. The man's characteristics are that he is tall and has brown hair.I stayed for two nights about a month ago, and both times I had this staff member, so I felt bad every time I passed through the lobby.I also saw a female staff member who complimented my nails being talked to at the front desk in an overbearing manner, so I felt sorry for her. Sister, I know it must be difficult to work with such a person, but please do your best.It was not far from the station and had a drink bar, so it was attractive, but the male staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't want to stay any longer as long as this person is here.

This hotel has no complaints for the price!Although it is a business hotel, you can bring shampoo, conditioner, and body soap to your room♪This is a very woman-friendly hotel! There is a laundry within the hotel, but there is a 24-hour laundry within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Also, the nearby Tsukemen is delicious!

There are no complaints about the location, ease of use, and comfort 😊Each room is equipped with Chromecast & Wi-Fi, a microwave and water server is installed on each floor, and there are all-you-can-drink drinks in the lobby on the first floor. For long-term stays, you can choose to have your room cleaned once a week to ensure your privacy. . ✨The only downside is that because of the low price, there are a lot of people staying for multiple nights, but there are only two washing machines, so it's not very busy from evening to night.Other than that, it's a pretty comfortable and easy-to-spend hotel😊

I stayed there for about 4 weeks. It was so comfortable! It felt like a bit of a walk from Kawasaki Station!get out of the hotelImmediately on the left, Family MartIf you go to the right, you will find 100 yen Lawson and My Basket (supermarket). There are also restaurants (ramen, set menu, Chinese, standing bar) etc. nearby.Microwave, water server, on each floor. We have rental shampoo etc. There is a coin laundry on the first floor. There was a drink server and instant (miso soup, corn soup, coffee, etc.).It was helpful that you could rent irons etc.I think cleaning depends on the plan...Once a week! Pre-applicationThe bed was comfortable and the noise from other rooms didn't bother me too much! The affiliated parking lot is a little far away, soWhen you exit the hotel and go to the left, you will see that the coin parking is close to 1000 yen per day!The parking lot in front of the hotel costs 1,500 yen and requires a reservation for 3 cars. You can accumulate A card points!

The customer service from Mr. Tanaka at the front desk is the worst. Since we arrived around noon on the first day and had time to check in, the front desk staff suggested that we could enter the room already, although it wasn't check-in time yet. I was very happy and helped, but they said, ``However, in exchange, I would like you to not clean the room tomorrow morning.'' Even though I told you that I could enter your room as a courtesy, did you say to the customer ``exchange condition''? ? ? ? ? I was confused. Since then, the other person at the front desk has been very responsive, but there were many things about Mr. Tanaka's behavior that irritated me. ``I'd like to eat in my room. Could you lend me a folding chair?'' I asked over the extension phone, and the staff replied with a snort of laughter, ``We don't offer that kind of service.'' Ta. (The voice is, of course, Mr. Tanaka.) After that, a woman went out of his way to bring it to my room. Since you are asking this question knowing that it is impossible, can't you simply answer that there is no such thing? When I was passing through the lobby, I was talking to a woman, but the way she talked in a loud voice, and in an overbearing manner made me feel sick. The hotel itself was within walking distance from the station, and there was a water server on each floor, and soft drinks were also available on the first floor, so I didn't have to worry about drinking.I stayed here about 2 months ago. I won't be going there anymore, but I hope that the people who stay here in the future will not see him at the front desk.
