Great for bikepacking. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed whilst travelling round Japan.Yugi is the best. He is really relaxed but he cares about his guests and bends over backwards to help them and make their stay comfortable. He offers free runs into town to restaurants, the grocery store or train station. It was set up by his grandmother and you can really feel you’re in a family run establishment, with homemade touches. Some people have complained saying it needs modernising and that it has insects in it but it’s a traditional Japanese inn in the countryside if you want modern go to a capsule hotel in Shinjuku.

It was my first time using it.I thought it would be good if you just want to sleep, but if you are concerned about the poor shower quality or the fact that you can hear other guests talking, you might want to choose somewhere else. It's a nice and quiet place though.
