The annex of Yumori Kamaya is a dormitory-like room with aging facilities.The room is not cleaned properly,Poor soundproofing against neighboring rooms.I'm tired and wish I could take a break soon, but I can't sleep at all because of the noise.Not recommended

Annex of Yumori Kamaya. Once you get to the main building, go outside and walk about 30 meters. 12,000 yen for two adults for a night without meals on Saturdays and Sundays. You can stay at Nikko Yumoto Onsen for a fairly cheap price. The facilities in the room are commensurate with the price. The Japanese-style room was 10 tatami mats, so it was spacious. There is no air conditioning, but the temperature was 20 degrees Celsius, which is not necessary in mid-September. No TV. Refrigerator, microwave, and amenities provided.There is also a hot spring here, but I used the open-air bath in the main building. The spring quality is milky white and has a strong sulfur smell. The concentration is high, so if you take a bath for a long time, you may get hit by the hot water. The source is extremely hot, but because it is filled with water, the temperature is around 39℃ to 43℃.Coffee, shochu, and tea are available at the front desk of the main building. The main building has facilities such as a fine lobby, table tennis, and a souvenir shop.There are no restaurants nearby, so we had dinner around Lake Chuzenji.

Half of the food at dinner was fried food that had gone cold. The large bathhouse was very cold. There was no heating in the area where you could change clothes. There was no hot water in the shower faucet. It was very inconvenient to bring a baby to the hotel. One star is for the service. The attitude of the staff is very good, but the hardware is really bad, there are rusty things everywhere. Dinner was not delicious and there was no wifi

Yumori Kamaya, which I personally love at Nikko Yumoto Onsen, caught my attention.The main building seemed expensive, so I stayed in the annex.There are two main buildings: the main building for meals and one annex for baths.

Breakfast and dinner were good, but dinner portions were a bit small and not very filling. The hotel is quite crowded, and there are also student groups visiting. The hot spring is milky white and very good. I went to the hot spring house to soak three times.

The water is great, very natural. Be aware it is very hot, difficult to stand for long. The hotel is in bad shape. The automatic door at the entrance wasn't working, you have to open it with your hands. I wasn't staying there, so they gave me no towel also. The onsen bath was in bad shape. The open bath is kind of nice. Nothing memorable. Would not repeat
