The rooms are unique in that they are connected by an outside passageway, and as I was the only one staying there, I felt a bit anxious about sleeping in a room that didn't lock on the night with the strong sound of rain.Although the inn is quite old, the two-room adjoining room is spacious, the food is richly seasoned and delicious, and the host has a gentle demeanor, so it was a very comfortable stay...The hot spring that was supposed to be accessible to the public was just a pool of hot water that was at a suitable temperature in the evening, perhaps because only one person was staying there, so it got really hot at night, and in the morning, there was almost no water to bathe in. That's a shame. I guess I should have said that...

My plan for a one-day mountain climbing trip suddenly changed to an overnight stay, so I contacted the hotel on the day of the trip and requested an overnight stay, which they readily agreed to and provided me with just breakfast. On the way to Ginzandaira, along the prefectural road Koshinyama Park Line, there is a decaying shuttle bus in the forest where you might even see a bear, and it is now a parking lot. When I got out of the car, I crossed a narrow bridge over a stream and the inn was on the other side. I later realized that this bridge is a shared bridge with the neighboring Sarutahiko Shrine, allowing access to the shrine from the inn.The owner of the inn seemed to be a mountaineer like us, and we had a great time talking about mountains. It seems that most of the customers are mountain climbers, and the owner is very knowledgeable about the nearby mountains. The detached guest room was cool even in the midsummer heat, and cold in the middle of the night. When the windows were opened, the sound of the murmuring sound was soothing, and the south-facing room had a beautiful view of the moon. The entire inn is in a location surrounded by deciduous evergreen trees and is said to be beautiful during the autumn leaves season. Now, it's a hot spring. On that day, the inn was reserved for just us, so the bath was also reserved for women. The hot water from alkaline simple springs is heated because the source temperature is low, but the lukewarm water temperature soaks in the heat and tired bodies just the right amount, and the smooth water leaves your skin smooth and moisturized. It made my skin not sticky with sweat. It's also nice if the innkeeper comes to check on you after you take a bath to see if the water is lukewarm. It will probably adjust to your desired temperature. During the cold winter months, I thought I could expect the temperature to be raised (you can use the hot springs as much as you like until 8 a.m.).For my body, exhausted by the heat of the lower world, the night was the first time in a long time that I could take a breather. I think I'll come again. I think this is a good inn that can also be used as a base for mountain climbing in Ashio. The price, which includes breakfast and 5,500 yen per person, is also pocket-friendly.

This is a hot spring inn located below the Ginzandaira campsite. It is surrounded by trees and is in a location rich in nature.Park in the parking lot next to the road and cross the pedestrian bridge.Although the inn has a retro atmosphere, you can use the hot springs even at night, and the food was delicious.Sarutahiko Shrine is right next to the hotel, and you can walk there from the inn along a passage within the grounds. It's a very quaint inn, so I would like to stay here again.

Probably straight from the source. The flow rate is 34L/min, and heating is required due to the low source temperature. It's a simple alkaline spring, so it doesn't have much of a so-called hot spring feel, including its slimy feel and smell. However, you can create a semi-open-air bath by opening the window fully when there are no other customers. You can also see the stars beautifully from the bath at night. It only takes reservations by phone, so it doesn't seem to be too crowded.

There is a hot spring bath. The only heating available is an oil fan heater, so you will need to take measures to protect yourself from the cold during the winter season.

The hot springs had a high pH and were truly beautiful for the skin. The food was also delicious. The owner was also a nice person. I would like to go again.

This is our favorite inn. I spent the year-end and New Year holidays here, just going to the kotatsu, bathing, and drinking. Anyway, I like the bath. Hot water is also good. I do not recommend it to those who like beautiful inns.

I've always been interested in hot spring guesthouses. I was finally able to stay the night. Even one person could stay there. ¥9000 for 2 meals excluding tax. There seem to be a lot of basic mountain climbers and anglers. The owner is a fly man and is very knowledgeable about the rivers in the area. Currently, only annual fishing tickets are on sale. In winter, it's a good idea to bring a blanket. thank you for helping me.

This is a Showa era inn with unlimited access to the hot springs.I was scared because I had to cross a narrow bridge, but I'm glad I went. This area is quiet, but if you look at the comparison photos of the past and present, it seems like it was once a thriving area.Across the street is an abandoned microbus that would please Kusahiro enthusiasts.
