There is no parking lot. The affiliated parking lot is far away. The room was not cleaned enough.

The front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff were very nice. Waste is thoroughly reduced and cost performance is good. I didn't know about the morning paper service, so I was happy. If you cannot park in the parking lot, please ask the front desk.

I use APA many times a year. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that it has the best location, service, price, and hospitality in Tohoku that I've ever stayed at.

I see some harsh comments, but at such a low price, if you're going to say that much, shouldn't it be in a better place? I think so.I searched online and found the cheapest hotel in Akita city.Now, my comment is that it seems like something that was originally a separate hotel has become part of APA Hotel, so I thought it would be good for a cheap business hotel.There are two entrances, and if you enter from the side, you can enter from the side of the front desk, so it feels like you can pass through.The location is quite far from the station, and it feels a little far from the bar district.There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and a supermarket beyond that that is open until 7pm.Although the interior is certainly not spacious, it is not much different from the Alpha One in front of the station.The TV is unnecessarily large.You can do your laundry on-site, but there is a coin laundry across the street.Since I only had a few clothes, I washed them by hand and hung them to dry, but there was no place to hang them in the bathroom, so the only places I could hang them in the whole room were either over the vents or in the closet space next to the entrance.The problem was that there was no outlet near the bed and there was no space to put things at the head of the bed.The refrigerator has a gas refrigerant door and can also be used for freezing.1 outlet for the refrigerator1 on your desk1 behind the TVIt was a yukata, not a gown.I used it for the first time in 4 years.It seems that it was not open for a while, but the interior seems to have been improved during that time.The desk is also new and has two LAN outlets (one at your feet) and a universal outlet.Previously, the bed did not have an outlet, but now an APA hotel-style power panel has been installed.It has 2 outlets, USB, and is connected to the HMID TV, so you can connect it with this panel without having to plug it directly into the TV.Also, all the lights in the room can be controlled from this panel, so you don't have to leave the lights on in the bathroom, which is a hassle.Unfortunately, the back of the TV is very dirty.It's full of dust and hasn't been cleaned at all.

The trait that separates this hotel from others is definitely the fact that the staff were kind, welcoming and overall quite nice. We had trouble parking our car but the staff had hurriedly fixed the problem for us, I could tell that they were prepared.We were given two separate rooms, and when i entered mine, I was hit with a musty smell. Although it was a smoking room, i think it is the hotel’s responsibility to make sure the room smells normal when a new customer uses it. The hotel was renovated during 2023’s September, therefore the rooms were better than a few years ago.Nevertheless, the smell of the room was quite a repellent smell.The room had no air purifier machine, but they had air freshener prepared.The carpets and walls were at a tolerable level of cleanliness. The bed and pillows were comfy,cozy and clean.The bathroom and shower room was a bit small, but overall extremely clean.The water pressure was amazing, and that’s it.Overall, this was a decent hotel if not a bit small in space. The cleanliness of the room was certainly better than expected. The service was great and I guess I could say that I enjoyed my stay here.

The parking lot is small and full!Therefore, I searched for a coin parking lot, but all of them were full, so I had to park in a far away place.I wanted to park in front of the hotel just to check in, but since the police station is nearby, I couldn't...If there is an unexpected parking lot adjacent to the hotel, it would be better to clearly indicate it with a sign or something.

The room is more than enough space for a single. The water supply is normal. The price was a little high as there was a festival nearby. When my family stayed at the same hotel on different days, they said that the cleaning was poor and the bathroom smelled of mold, so the room may be hit or miss. My family's impressions of the breakfast were that there were some Akita specialties, but overall it was average. If you have something to do in front of the station, it's probably a little far, so it's probably best to avoid it. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Kanto Festival location.

Stayed in June 2024. solo. Stay overnight without meals.Access from Akita StationIt takes about 15 minutes on foot. The distance is about 1km.There is also a bus stop nearby.There is a fee for parking, but there are spaces for about 20 cars.1 second check-in available.The check-in machine was at the front desk.There are two elevators,I can't believe the second floor doesn't stop. I noticed this after ridingI think it would be better to make an announcement about this.By the way, you can use the stairs, so this point is ◯.The room had been renovated and was clean.A big bed, a big TV, and a big mirror.There is also a unique wallpaper, and it is the usual APA hotel.Wi-Fi was comfortable. There was no problem.I don't really feel any noise,It was quiet throughout our stay.Check out without paymentin the express checkout boxJust insert your card key. good.Breakfast is optional and costs around 1,400 yen to 1,700 yen.If you are staying for business, it will probably be difficult to use.The hotel was a comfortable stay with new facilities.Accommodation rates were cheap compared to nearby areas.It's a bit of a walk from the station, but I think I can recommend it.

Stayed on 2024/7/11Since it was not a new building, the bath smelled like water.The room was a regular APA hotel.It's far from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage and are coming by train, it might be better to stay at a hotel in front of the station.

The parking lot next to the hotel has limited space and is full, so when you call the hotel, you have to go to the front desk to be directed to an affiliated parking lot. It's not even listed on the homepage, so it's quite troublesome.The affiliated parking lot is about 5 minutes walk away. Convenience stores are about the same and the surrounding location is not very good.The bath is an old type of APA.
