I stay there every weekend because it's so comfortable. I think it was a great decision to build a hotel in Akashi, a town where the food is delicious and the people are friendly. There was a guest in the drinks corner who didn't know where the ice was, so I told him about it because I couldn't see it, but I thought it would be nice to have an explanation. It's written on the machine, but you may not notice it. Especially if you are a foreigner.I think it's a good idea to have clips in different colors in the public bath so you can tell your slippers apart.

When I canceled because the Shinkansen was not running due to a typhoon, I was charged a normal cancellation fee, and the response was cold.

When I took off my pajamas, my pubic hair was on the bed. I don't think the cleaning is thorough.Even though I confirmed at check-in that it was possible to extend my stay and paid the extension fee, I received a knock from the cleaning person at 10:00 (original check-out time) and a call from the front desk saying that my check-out time had passed. . There is no coordination. When I told them that I was processing the check-out extension, they apologized with a half-smile.The location may be good, but I won't stay there again.

Don’t book, because you will be left homeless at night if your flight gets delayed. Hotel open, no one working inside or responding to the bell. Also, no car parking.

It’s not a pricey hotel. The price is friendly and it’s close to the Akashi JR station. The staff was nice. The only thing I wanna complain and have to let you know is that the public bath only opens for 1500-2030 for ladies and 2100-2400 for boys. It’s closed for other time.
