This is a very affordable hot spring hotel at this price. The buffets for dinner and breakfast are very good, especially the local wagyu beefAlthough the supply is not very generous, there is always a queueBut the price is OK. The room is small and has a bit of an old moisture smell. However, this location is connected to Takachiho and is a very suitable place to stay overnight.

Good points: View from the bathBad points: The room felt like a cheap business hotel. The price is around 30,000 yen including 2 buffet meals if booked on the same day.◾️Meals (Breakfast and Dinner Buffet)It's neither bad nor bad.The good thing is that there were persimmons and yamame trout...It's a pity that there aren't many staff patrolling, and even though I'm a drinker, I could only have two drinks.◾️ServiceThe explanation is neither good nor bad. I got the impression that there was almost no opportunity to receive customer service in the first place. That's the system◾️Room/FacilitiesOld, very business hotelcompletely not worth the price◾️BathThe price is unreasonable in terms of facilities, but the beauty of the mountain in the morning makes up for it. Just seeing this made me achieve my goal this time.Overall review: The cost performance was poor for a ryokan, so I won't be visiting again. However, the mountains were too nice. If I get hungry for the view of the Aso mountains from the south, I might go back. There are mountains.

I stayed here on a school trip for a special needs school. I had a very comfortable stay, with private baths, pasty meals, cleaning of utensils, and warm customer service. The view of Aso from the window is also spectacular. The mattress was changed to Airweave, which helped relieve my fatigue. I'll look forward to having you again.

Although the facilities are undeniably older than other vacation villages, it is perfect for sightseeing in Aso. The food was so varied that it was hard to decide what to have for breakfast.

Loved the views and the traditional Japanese tatami styled rooms. It felt like grandma's place back in the 90s. Room was very spacious and tatami beds were comfortable. Location was really convenient with ample of parking and 5mins drive to grocery store. View of mount Aso was absolutely amazing though. Second floor had laundry.Hotel was a bit outdated compared to the photos in terms of amenities and the rooftop was closed during our visit in late September. Hotel was very family-friendly, had play pen for kids and toys in the lobby.
