Ouch ouch ouch… This campsite is not fun. Basically you have to pay to sleep in an abandoned place.I think the toilets were not cleaned in 2024. When I say toilets I mean the toilets because if you were planning to take a shower after a day of walking at Mount Aso, you can forget, there are none just not.Too bad because the location at the foot of the magnificent volcano could make the place very nice but I strongly advise you to find another option than this campsite. In any case, there is a chance that it will close soon.

I visited him on a motorcycle tour during Golden Week 2024. Reservations could be made by phone the day before. Perhaps because it is managed by a small number of people, they may not be able to answer the phone. I also called several times. There is a dedicated website for bikes, and it's quite spacious, so there seems to be plenty of room. On the day I visited, there were about 20 cars, but there was still plenty of space. The nearby water and toilet facilities are out of order. Therefore, you have to walk to the car site. It's a little far. The price was 1400 yen.
