Decent location, nicely decorated, layout is rather unique. Attended a social event there and was underwhelmed by the food. Some food was OK, some was near inedible.

It's affordable. The rooms are beautiful! !Parking lot is paid🈶🅿️Beds and comforters in guest roomsIs it feathers?I was particular about the pillows. The bed was comfortableRestaurant on the first floor 🍽️Is there a small number of items on the menu? The service and products are good.In Kumamoto cityIs it because of the streetcars and castle town?Maybe there is something wrong with the navigation or map?Route guidance is difficult to understand,Something strange happened to my navigation.navigation doesn't workMight get lost?It has nothing to do with the hotel.

Third time using it. I asked for a fence in the universal room to prevent falls, which was helpful. Previously, the breakfast was good, so when I ordered breakfast included, it was different from last time and the quality and quantity had dropped considerably. I won't be using breakfast from next time.

I thought it was a highly rated hotel overall. The room is clean and easy to use, and the unit bath is a bit spacious, which is nice. The customer service is polite, probably because it is also a facility that can host events such as weddings. Is the location good because I don't know the main access? is unknown ☆4.

I used it on my first trip to Kumamoto.Even when I searched for the location on my smartphone, it was difficult to find, so I got a little lost. The room was well-cleaned, the bathtub was large, and the bed was fluffy and comfortable, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see Kumamoto Castle from the window. There is also a coin laundry on the 5th floor, and you can purchase detergent at the front desk for 70 yen each, which was helpful. When I was taking a photo of my child and the giant Kumamon stuffed animal on the first floor on the way home, a female staff member at the front desk kindly approached me and took a photo of the parent and child together. The photos were taken very well and were great memories. thank you very much. However, it was difficult to know where the front entrance was, so I wish there were more signs showing the directions.

I return to Kumamoto many times a year and use different hotels each time, but this was my first time using this hotel. I get the impression that it's decent for the price. The location is very convenient, and compared to the hotels near Tsuruya Department Store, it's more spacious. The parking lot in front of the hotel is also flat and easy to park.It was once a postal savings hall, but Watabe, a wedding maker, became a shareholder and began to focus on weddings and banquets, and even though it was a weekday, there were many people on the first floor who weren't guests. On the other hand, the hotel floor was quite quiet and I couldn't hear any noise from the next room or the hallway. The view is also outstanding, with Shirakawa visible from the window. The interior decoration around the bed is a little old, but other than that I was very satisfied and I decided to stay here next time.

This time in Kumamoto, I was indebted to[Mielparque Hotel Kumamoto]Because it is a long-established hotelThe lobby is large and the ceiling is high, allowing sunlight to enter.open and nice feelingThe room is old thoughThis time I really only stayed to sleep. No problem 😁When traveling on a business tripI don't know if there is a timing for lunch.I want to eat wellI often have breakfast included. Therefore, the important point is the evaluation of breakfast 🤣I haven't eaten it thoughUnique to Kumamotomustard lotus rootminced horse minceHorse meat curryI just ate a little bit.Takana rice or somethingThere were many local items.privatelyThere were several fish dishes (simmered and grilled fish ••••).I’m happy 🎵😍🎵AhThe croissant was delicious~I wonder if it's baked at the hotel 🤔It looks like it hasn't been baked very long.crispy feeling

I used it for a lunch banquet and had a course meal 🍴🙏This hotel is located near Kumamoto city, so if you want to go to a tourist spot, it's a little far, but if you're looking for Kumamoto Castle or delicious food, you can walk into the city, so it's very convenient, and the accommodation cost is reasonable. It's an obi🙋The food was delicious, from appetizers to main fish and meat dishes. The staff at the venue were very responsive and the time limit was 2 hours, which was perfect for me as I'm a modest person.

The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. As for the amenities, you only need what you need at the front desk. I don't smoke, but there was only a smoking room available, so I was a little worried, but the smell was pretty well suppressed. It's not something I don't do at all, but it's not a problem.
