[Kumamoto YMCA Aso Campsite] Visited on 23.8/26I stayed here for training.Because it is located in nature, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep soundly. This time, I stayed in a cabin, and although the sleeping space felt small, I was able to sleep surprisingly soundly. In the evening, we were able to bring our own food and enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The accommodation cost was also reasonable at 4,000 yen per person plus sheets. There was also a bathroom in the main lodge, and the timetable was well-scheduled to ensure that we didn't overlap with other guests (groups). It was my first time staying at a campsite like this, so it was a valuable experience.

About 30 years ago, I stayed at this wonderful Aso camp for one night. It was off-season and we were the only guests staying that day. When it was time for dinner, the feast that came to the table was wild vegetable tempura that the owner had picked for us from the nearby mountains. We were also served tea made from Jiaogulan, which we had originally harvested to drink ourselves. These delicacies were more delicious and delicious than any famous chef's cuisine made with high quality ingredients, and they remain in my heart even now.At that time, there was no social media and I was unable to comment, but now, looking back on those days, I would like to post this with a sense of gratitude. He is truly a hospitality professional. Please come and visit this wonderful Aso camp.I would like to visit again someday.

Used by my family after Golden Week. It was very comfortable. Since it was a weekday, I was told that I could choose to stay in either the cabin or the main lodge on the same day, so when I called in advance to make an inquiry, the staff was very polite and accommodating.Although it was raining heavily, we were able to cook rice and stew in the main lodge's kitchen and the BBQ space on the terrace, so we didn't have to go to the outside kitchen. The space in the forest and the double bed gave the camp a special atmosphere that was popular with the children.
