I used it as a drop-in bath. The building has the feel of being an important historic cultural property, and has been kept well-maintained, so it doesn't feel old and has a dignified appearance. The inside of the building felt surprisingly cool, the intense heat outside not bothering me.The bathroom feels surprisingly new, not old. However, there are no lockable lockers for valuables, so you have to leave your valuables at the reception desk.I felt that 500 yen was a great value as I was able to use the high-quality hot springs and historical buildings.

I was looking at everyone's posts, and it's sad to see that the female staff are so bad right now.I went there a few years ago and used the hot springs. The male staff member who was there at that time was very nice. It's a valuable building, so I'm giving it 4 stars because I believe it will be revived⭐️

Unique traditional building and tasteful atmosphereA three-story building, which is rare among existing wooden buildings.Dinner is a kaiseki course in the evening, and in the morning a traditional breakfast is served in the large hall.

The customer service of the woman at the reception was extremely poor. It's a shame because the bathroom was nice.
