The location is very good, close to Kumamoto Castle Hall. There were no particular problems with the response from the front desk.In particular, those wearing tags who were undergoing training were treated with great care. However, the room was the dirtiest ever.Garbage from the front was left on top of the refrigerator, or it was dusty.Bathroom drains get clogged quickly.I cannot recommend it.

Convenient location. Easy access and cheap prices. I don't think you can stay for less than 3000 yen.

First of all, the people at the reception desk are so unpleasant that they should do something about it, even if it's just the bare minimum of greeting and seeing them off. Also, the room was too smelly and dirty. There was a smell of urine coming from somewhere, and I was having a hard time sleeping, wondering if I would be better off in a hostel. Also, water leaks from somewhere in the shower handle and splashes all over the place, the water pressure is weak, and the drain drain below doesn't flow well, causing water to puddle. Also, the toilet paper area is full of dust, and the service and hygiene are poor. I don't want to use it again even though it's free.

Wi-Fi is slow and the inside of the building is old and smells of cigarettes.

It's definitely old. However, I think it's worth more than the price because of the good location and the pleasant reception staff. It's close to the bus center and the city tram stop. Kumamoto Castle, shopping streets, and commercial facilities are also within walking distance. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Everyone at the front desk is very nice. The older brother in training showed his hard work, the younger older sister was kind, and the older sister greeted me cheerfully and made me feel good from the morning.

It’s cheap, the location is great, the room is big enough to open two suitcases, the staff at the front desk are friendly, the mold in the bathroom is a bit scary xd, but it’s okay to just take a shower without taking a bath

The router is Mikrotik, the Wi-Fi is TP-Link, and the provider is not even IPv6, so the internet is very slow. It seems like they introduced it to keep costs down, but since the product selection and design are impossible these days, there's nothing we can do about it unless we start over from scratch. Did I get scammed by the dealer? The air conditioner doesn't work at all and it's hot so be careful.
