This is my first time in the Fukui area (Mikocho).Adults → 2 peopleInfant → 1 person (5 years old)A total of 3 people stayed here.Jalan has 5.0 reviews. The rating of 5.0 out of over 200 reviews was a mystery, but after actually staying there, my impression was 5.0.Although it is a guesthouse, the inside is clean. The air conditioners in the rooms and the shared toilets are equipped with the latest equipment, so you won't have any problems.Cleaning is also done well. The bath is also large enough for 3 people.Water pressure in the shower is also fine.Even though it is a guest house, there are amenities such as towels and toothbrushes. The biggest selling point, as stated in Jalan's reviews, is the luxurious rice. This time, I applied for the pufferfish course.A full course with hot pot, sashimi, fried chicken, and steamed egg custard.I couldn't eat it all, but it was satisfying.I don't come to this area often, but it's worth revisiting. The cost performance is too good. There are no pubs or convenience stores nearby, so some preparation is required. What surprised me was that there was a fish shop on the way to Kyusuke. The Echizen crab I saw in Tsuruga City cost 30,000 yen.It was the same size and cost 10,000 yen.I don't know if it's for locals or what, but the nearby fish store was very helpful and it was a good trip. It's a hidden gem. Also, when I came to this area, it was an inn that I wanted to stay at.The staff was kind and the accommodation was perfect.thank you very much.

My colleagues and I visit him every March as a tradition. I usually get about 10 bowls of sashimi, so much that I can't even eat it.This year, I went in February. This year, we also had squid served and it was delicious.

A charming guesthouse located at the end of the Mikata Five Lakes.Just a short walk will take you to the port, where you can enjoy the contrast between the sea and the sky.The fishing port is also nearby, so if you visit early in the morning, you can watch the fishing process take place. And most of all, it's the rice.In the evening, Ikezukuri was served on a large platter as everyone said.I always come here with my relatives, and there are so many dishes to choose from at first glance, such as sea bream, flounder, island mackerel, and squid, that we can't finish all of them.I'm sure there's no strange feeling and you can just go in as much as you want. And for breakfast, I have yam, eggs, kelp, seaweed, and grilled fish...I can have as many bowls of rice as I want in the morning. I ate so much last night...We are happy to be able to flexibly accommodate children of all ages, from babies and toddlers to elementary school and junior high school students. The host is very kind and helpful. No matter when you go, you will feel warm and happy.

I stayed here with three friends after climbing Mt. Hakusan. Striped horse mackerel, grunt, bluefin squid, etc. are not only delicious, but the portions are large and very satisfying. Everyone at the hostel was kind. It's a little hidden away.
