I used it for a concert at Kumamoto Castle Hall.I was glad that I was able to upgrade my room at check-in.There was a partition between the toilet and the bath, so it was easy to wash my body! However, I think it would have been better if there was a hot tub. I thought.Amenities were available near the front desk. The room was equipped with a toothbrush and brush. It's near the downtown area, so you could hear people coming and going, but it wasn't that noisy.I was able to go to bed. There are plenty of evening meals nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding local gourmet food. The plan that included breakfast was the right choice.Buffet-style breakfast at a partitioned table. There is a wide variety of rice, bread, side dishes, salads, soups, and miso soups. It was delicious. Also, if I ever come to the area near Kumamoto Castle, I would like to use this hotel.

The location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The shopping street/Kumamoto Castle/bus center is right next to it, but there are a lot of clubs around the hotel. You can still hear noise/singing/noise from remodeled vehicles late at night. It is recommended to avoid rooms 01-07. 802 stays.

The staff was also very accommodating at check-in.It was a nice hotel with a clean room, separate toilet and bathtub, and a deep bathtub. There is a 7-Eleven and an izakaya on the first floor, and there are many restaurants around so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.It was early the next morning, so I don't know about breakfast.I think the location is good, about 10 minutes from Sakuramachi Bus Terminal.

The location is perfect, butIt was very disappointing that the ventilation fans and air purifier filters in the guest rooms were full of dust and not cleaned properly. When I asked for a filter replacement at the reception desk, they responded immediately, so it was okay.
