An excellent ryokan located in the center of Sujiyu Onsen. There are 4 family baths for every 10 guest rooms, so unless you're really unlucky, you won't have to wait. The quality of the spring water is smooth. All the employees are courteous and provide excellent service without being over the top. Although it's quite far away, I think I'll visit again. In the morning, he will come to see you off at the parking lot. Hats off to the sincere service. Recommended.

It wasn't a particularly large inn, but it was a clean and harmonious inn. Although we stayed during the hot summer season, the abundance of family baths and open-air baths were comfortable as the quality of the hot spring water and the water temperature (temperature) matched. Also, the quality of the food was very high and the cost performance was good. It was a very nice inn where I could feel the young staff's thoughtfulness toward the guests. I could somehow understand why there were so many frog figurines.

I decided to stay at Sujiyu Onsen and went to Shirataki.There is a parking lot in front, and the reception staff are very nice. Apparently the entrance is on the 3rd floor, so I chose a room with a semi-open-air bath, and my room was on the 1st floor, so I went down the stairs.The room and bathroom are clean, and the amenities are average.Cleaning was thorough.The horse tataki meal was delicious!There are individual differences in the perception of cost performance, but while I wasn't impressed, I don't have any complaints.The charm of this inn is the staff.

I stayed here for one night while climbing for two days in a row.For example, increase the amount of side dishes for dinner, change to rice balls for breakfast, and have it served earlier.They responded to my selfish wishes without cutting corners.Also, when I was checking out early in the morning, I told him that I had hurt my knee from climbing yesterday, and he drove to my house to pick up some compresses and even handed them to me.Thanks to all of you, we were able to reach the summit safely and enjoy some delicious rice balls at the top.The rooms are simple, but clean and have a very good impression.The food was served in sufficient quantities and each dish was delicious.I think this is a highly recommended accommodation!

The room had been renovated and was beautiful. Best of all is the hot spring in the room. The amount of hot water is sufficient, and soaking in the hot springs while listening to the sound of the river is the best. I was also able to see fireflies from my room. Dinner was also ample and delicious. This is an inn where I would like to come back to enjoy the hot springs.

I got off the Oita Expressway at Kokonoe, and as I went deeper and deeper into the mountains, I could see steam rising in the mountains in the distance. Although it was March, the temperature was -1°C.I was a little worried about the unexpected cold weather, but there were 4 family baths and I was able to use them whenever they were available, so I was satisfied with how warm my cold body was.All the dishes were delicious, especially the Bungo beef, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.The proprietress and all the employees served us with smiles and made us feel very comfortable.One thing I was disappointed about was that the shower temperature in the bath couldn't be adjusted to the right temperature, so I ended up using the hot water from the bath...If this could be improved, I would be very satisfied with the hot springs.Lastly, the smile of the landlady when we saw her off on the way home was the best😀

I stayed alone in February.Even though I arrived earlier than scheduled, I was greeted with a smile.The Asian foreign staff were polite.He explained about the accommodation.It was so lovely and soothing.I couldn't get a room with a bath.If you go down the 20 steps next to it, you will find 4 family baths.There was one large open-air bath.I enjoyed a luxurious time alone.Dinner had a simple menu.One that makes the most of high-quality ingredientsOne was a polite and elegant dish.Grilled trout looks like it's going to jumpI guess he's a good craftsman based on the quality of the grill.I imagine.I was alone, so please take care of me.Prepare a single seat near the alcove.I received.Breakfast was also served at the same seat.If you make a reservation for one person, you will not be able to find another place.Buffets and Vikings are always available.However, this inn only serves Kaiseki cuisine for one person.Thank you for preparing it properly.Thank you very much.On the way home, until the landlady took out the car.I was sent off.I think a good inn is something like this 😊No unnecessary items, only necessary amenities.It was a very nice stay.

It was really an unexpected surprise. During my trip to Kyushu, I accidentally saw a hot spring hotel with suitable reviews and prices. I originally thought it was in the wilderness because I arrived late at night, but when I woke up, I saw snow. Well, it was almost always sunny in Kyushu at that time, but we could actually enjoy the snow scenery here.
