The parking lot is narrow, difficult to park, and difficult to get out. The room is old so you can hear a lot of noise from the next room and the hallway. If someone who happens to be staying on the same floor doesn't have common sense, it's a hardship. The staff are polite, but the customer base...

I ordered a lunch box, but the woman who answered the phone was very rude.Everything is so negative and unpleasant that I want to hang up quickly.I think they should provide training on customer service for the sake of the hotel's image.It's a shame because the food is delicious.

Air conditioner is separate. The facility is quite old. It is good that you can use the observation bath in the annex..If you are traveling for business, you may not be able to get a room with a good view.

Perhaps because I was alone, I was shown to a table for breakfast in a place that looked like a cardboard box was placed nearby. Families were seated in a spacious area with a nice view by the window. I don't want to go anymore.

Updated 2023/6/13Added Japanese foodUpdated on 2023/3/28I've been using it a lot lately for work.Last time I used the hotel, I wrote a questionnaire about how dirty the room was, but this time I happened to be in the same room, and it was clean.During this season, the cherry blossoms along the coast are in full bloom, and you can even see them from a distance while having breakfast.Stayed on 2/21/2023I used it for work. The rooms were also well-cleaned. Although the slippers in the room were a little damp, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast.The sea is in front of the hotel, so it's a great location to walk to if it's not the middle of winter.
