A good hotel with spacious and quiet environment. Room charge is reasonable. My family and I (totally 5 persons) stayed 1 night in the hotel on 9 September 16 . I arrived at the hotel at about 7pm. Though the hotel could not find my reservation, the reception staff quickly arranged the room and dinner for me. All the staff are very nice, helpful and polite.Jackie Lui from Hong Kong

I went with my family for the first time around 12:30 on Saturday, September 14th. The purpose was to pick grapes and take a bath. The customer service and response at that time was the worst, so I will write about it in detail. At first, I didn't know where the grape picking was, so I went to the reception desk in the building where the baths were located. An older man took care of me and showed me the way to the grape-picking facility, but he told me that the parking lot near the facility was full, so I should walk there. It was a hot day with a maximum temperature of around 35 degrees, so even though I didn't want to walk at all, I ended up walking up the path for more than 5 minutes. In fact, the facility's parking lot had more than 10 empty spaces!Normally, it was such a hot day, and the building reception and the grape picking facility reception were not crowded at all, so I should have checked on my cell phone, but I guess they just assumed I should walk. I'm the receptionist in the worst building...By the way, it takes less than a minute to get from the parking lot of the grape picking facility to the grape picking reception desk!Next, I will write about the customer service and conditions at the grape picking facility in detail. On that day, there were three species: Kyoho, Niagara, and Delaware. Although Niagara has a sweet taste, there were very few people around, probably because it has a unique taste. As expected, Kyoho was the most delicious, and although it wasn't crowded, it had the most people out of the three types. Although the Kyoho grapes here are sweet, less than one-twentieth of the grapes are completely black (see attached 1st photo). The reason seems to be that visitors are asked to remove each cluster before the large clusters turn completely black. The black bunches we were looking for and taking were all small bunches. Of course, the darker the color, the tastier it is.I was looking for only small black tassels and removing them, but the elderly, white-haired male manager suddenly said to me, ``Please make sure to remove every tassel!'' The way he said it seemed preconceived, so I replied, ``I have received that explanation, and I have not taken it that way,'' but instead of apologizing, he replied, ``I still want you to take the whole bunch.'' "I didn't explain it to you, and I was watching what you were doing," he said again. As I wrote earlier, we were quickly searching for and removing only the small black tassels, so it seems that we mistakenly thought that we had only taken part of the tassels. Also, I knew from the explanation that I would like to collect each bunch at the time of reception. After that, I received a token apology, but I continued to feel very angry and uncomfortable! ! By the way, I feel like the administrator is always monitoring the Kyoho zone...After that, I decided to go back down the road and go to the bathroom. I bought a bathing ticket from the ticket vending machine there, and in small print there was also a discounted bathing ticket for grape picking visitors. Since there was no other information, I ended up buying 3 regular bathing tickets without realizing it. Also, at the bottom of the ticket vending machine, there was written in large letters, ``There will be no refunds even if you buy a ticket by mistake.''The bathing discount for grape picking participants is 100 yen off per person and 300 yen off for a family of 3, which is a reasonable amount, but it was written that there would be no refunds, so I gave up. However, for future visitors, I asked a middle-aged woman at the reception desk, ``People won't notice the discount just by looking at the sign on the ticket vending machine, so why don't you post a discount notice at the entrance of the building or at the grape picking reception desk?'' '', and the woman replied, ``You should be able to tell the discount just by looking at the words on the ticket vending machine, and if you complained when you handed the bathing ticket to me, I would have refunded your money!''It was written in large letters that there would be no refunds, so I thought it would be impossible, so I didn't complain, but I was really surprised because I thought that the normal response was to complain and win. !We explained the above-mentioned error in parking lot guidance and the rude manager inside the vineyard, and asked if we could get a discount as an apology (it was originally a normal discount...), but the woman said, "I can't do it because I wasn't the one who accepted the bath ticket," he said as he called an older man from the office. I explained the same thing to the man, but instead of apologizing for his mistake, he kept making excuses, and in the end he said, ``They don't offer refunds like that!''(No, no, the woman next to you does it, right?) I wish I could have said that at the time...but as you get older, you become less tactful... Too bad (>_<)Finally, I have attached a second photo of the pitch-black Kyoho that was sold next to the front desk. As my family said, the colors are completely different. It is probably grown in a different greenhouse. By the way, the taste is also different between pitch-black Kyoho and not-so-black Kyoho. For me, I don't understand the point of having to collect every bunch when there are almost no Kyoho grapes where the whole bunch is completely black. If most of the Kyoho grapes are completely black, I think it would be better to consider the appearance of the rest of the Kyoho grapes and take each cluster, but at present, there are almost no Kyoho grapes that are completely black, and there are only a few small clusters. Given the current state of blackness, I think it would be better to cut out only the black part, since the rest will be more likely to turn black, right? ! Also, in the current situation, if you are asked to take the entire bunch, I feel like you are being told to eat it all, even if it is a little less sweet...it's all you can eat...In conclusion, the service is so bad that I will never go there again! ! !If you cannot see the photo, please check the profile section.By the way, the issue mentioned in another review about the number of tickets on the ticket vending machine not being listed has not been fixed yet! !

I used it for a day trip bath.sauna, cold bath,Is the indoor bath a large bathtub and a jacuzzi? bathThere are large open-air baths that can accommodate about 10 people. The open-air bath is made of rocks, and the water temperature is not too hot, so you can enjoy a long, relaxing bath.I think it's very reasonable for 520 yen!

It is read as ``Itoonsen Taicho no Mori.'' It was built by Echizen Town, and the management seems to have been outsourced to the private sector. It's a new facility, so you can stay comfortably, but we apologize for the fact that some toilet washers are out of order and the tatami mats are a little dirty. It's a semi-public accommodation so I don't mind. Although it doesn't have a luxurious feel, it is very reasonably priced so I can recommend it. The toilet in the room is clean and there are no problems at all. I think the accommodation fee was around 12,000 to 18,000 yen, depending on the rank of dinner. I think you'll be satisfied no matter what you order for dinner. The large lobby includes a children's play room, reading room, and souvenir shop. The bathroom is spacious and includes an open-air bath and sauna. The spring quality is also good. The spacious grounds are literally surrounded by a forest rich in nature, so you can relax and relieve the fatigue of your travels. Furthermore, ``Taisumi'' is the name of a high priest from the Nara period who opened Ochisan Otani-dera Temple in this area, and is known as the founder of Heisen-ji Hakusan Shrine.

I often use the hot springs here. The other day, I got into an argument with the woman at the front desk here. It's about purchasing tickets. It would be good for everyone to know, so I'm going to tell you.Recently, bath tickets and coupon tickets have been sold at ticket vending machines. What you need to be careful about is the number of tickets. (Normally 520 yen per session)There are two types of coupon tickets here for 5,200 yen.One is 11 pages dedicated to Taisumi no Mori Onsen. The second one is limited to 12 hot spring tickets to 3 locations in the area, including Taisumi no Mori.Obviously the latter is a better deal. But it is. ``The number of tickets is not written on the ticket vending machine. ”The latter is definitely a better deal.(By the way, I learned this fact through an argument)So why don't you explain something to those who bought the former ticket? When I asked her about it, she said [this woman] wouldn't talk. It's true that there's no obligation to tell them, but it seems like they can't think of what the customers will think if they find out about this fact later. There may be elderly people, people with poor eyesight, or people who buy them without knowing it. As someone in the service industry, I couldn't forgive her for thinking that she was dismissing customers' choices.

I have never stayed overnight, but I have used it for day trips. There are hot springs, dry saunas, and open-air baths. As of April 2024, the price is 520 yen, which is more reasonable than super public baths. You can save a little more by using coupons.Hot water is odorless. Depending on the day, I feel like I feel a little slimy sometimes and not so much. There are massage chairs available for a fee, you can take a break while looking at the garden in the lobby, and there is also a manga corner, so I think it's enough to enjoy a bath. This is the only lodging facility in the area, so if you visit with the image of a hot spring resort with many lodging establishments, you will be disappointed.I don't mind the indoor bath as much as the reviews say, but I don't use the open-air bath because I'm concerned about floating objects.
