I stayed in the Japanese-style building for one night.・It is located in a quiet mountain area with clear air and a place where you can feel nature. It's perfect when you want to casually enjoy the outdoors.・The inside of the building is a bit complicated, but it felt like a secret base and was fun. At night, it was lit up with lanterns, giving it an unusual feel.-Morning and evening meals were large in volume and had a well-balanced menu. (Free refills of rice and miso soup) I especially liked the sashimi.・All the staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable. There was an inconvenience when we arrived, but we were glad to be able to take care of it.This was my first time coming to Fukui, but it was an experience that made me want to stay there again. It seems that there are plans for glamping, so I would like to visit again.

I came to Fukui prefecture for the first time for work. I chose a room with an open-air bath, but I was able to adjust the amount of hot water, and the view from the room was rich in nature and soothing. The food was also plentiful and delicious. I want to come again.

It was great ♡My 1 year and 8 month old son, my husband, and I went on a glamping trip called Aqua.I was able to bring my own BBQ, so even my young son, who doesn't have much to eat, was able to enjoy the meal with me!There was a warning about stink bugs, but I wonder if it's seasonal? I didn't see one!The staff was also very kind, and when I told them that the hot water wasn't coming out of the jacuzzi, they fixed it right away. There were Halloween decorations everywhere, and my son was so excited! They seemed very happy running on the grass and observing the water! If I come to Fukui again, I would like to use it again. thank you very much!

2024/9/24 (Tue) I came to Fukui Prefecture for a bike run around the Chugoku region🏍️〰️I stayed here🏨💤🏍️After checking in🌆📝 through a maze-like passage😉🎶 I managed to reach my room🚪😅Before dinner, I was able to relax at the hot spring in the facility ♨️😌✨Dinner will be served at the dining room in a space reminiscent of a forest (with sunlight filtering through the leaves)🌿✨🍴🎶Bring your own rice and miso soup to the counter 🍚🏃All the dishes were delicious 🍳🍲😋💕PS: There is a charge for coffee after meals ☕😌💕

It was a really fun experience.First, the interior of the hotel. The shape itself is a little special, with a room inside the mountain. At night, the lanterns light up the place, creating an atmosphere unlike anything you can experience now. The room itself is a beautiful Japanese-style room, and the futon is fluffy. There is no bath in the room, but the hot spring is open until 11pm, so you can relax there. This time I made a reservation for 2 nights and 3 days, and the food was lavish and good. I thought it was an interesting system to have a menu that changes depending on the length of your stay, rather than a menu that changes depending on the day of the week. (I think the menu changes depending on the season.)The first day was a course meal, the second day's breakfast was Japanese food, the second day's evening was Western food, and the third day's morning was Western food, so the food was well-balanced. The taste was delicious, and I especially liked the sashimi. By the way, it's a lot more filling than I expected, so it's best to come on an empty stomach. Also, be aware that the first drink you will be asked for will cost money that is not included in the hotel plan. The inn was quite affordable compared to the price, so I would like to use it again the next time I travel.

The location is in the mountains, so there aren't any convenience stores nearby, but there's plenty of food, so that's not a problem. The accommodation building was further away from the road, so it was quiet and I didn't have any trouble sleeping. The inside of the building was spacious yet tasteful, giving it an open feel. The food is stylish and the atmosphere may be different depending on the number of customers.

Since the days of Mirakuru-tei, the predecessor of ``Rupo no Mori,'' we have mainly used it for day-trip bathing. It is easy to access from Fukui City, so for people living in the city, it is attractive that it is easier to access than Mikuni Onsen. The atmosphere of the hot springs here is a little different from the others, as it is built on the slope of a mountain, so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the hot springs at the top. It's up to each person whether they consider it a good exercise or an inconvenience. However, this building, which is built in the middle of a forest, feels like you're taking a forest bath even though you're inside the building, and it's very comfortable.I'm glad that ``Usagi Shokudo'' is still cheap and delicious. On the other hand, I think some of the equipment is starting to show its age. Glamping has also started, but I have never used it. After all, I'm a light user who mostly goes on day trips (lol)If possible, I would like the money to be used to repair equipment.Anyway, the location and atmosphere are calm, so I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax their mind and body in peace and quiet.Ah, but it's very cold in winter, so please be careful (lol)

I stayed here on a weekday in May for business with two meals included. I didn't have high expectations for the meal since it was priced at less than 7,000 yen on Yahoo Travel, but the dinner was a great way to live up to my expectations with the seasonal dishes. If you can get a replacement meal, I would like an explanation when you enter the store. However, the breakfast was probably the same every day, and I felt like it was just nine ready-made side dishes, which was a bit disappointing. There was no bread, so I wish I could choose between Western or Japanese food. There were reviews saying that there were a lot of insects, but the room was covered with duct tape and other measures, so I didn't see any insects at all. Even if there were insects, I think it can't be helped considering the location. I didn't use it, but it was nice to have a water server installed. The quality of the hot springs is not anything to write home about, but during the bright hours it was nice to be able to feel like I was bathing in the forest through the large windows.I heard that Usagi Shokudo has stopped operating on weekday nights, which is quite a negative. Even in large hot spring inns and hotels, there are not many restaurants that have dining rooms where you can order alcohol and snacks after bathing at night, and I think they have stopped using these restaurants because they are rarely used, but I hope they will make an effort to increase their use. .I stay at various inns and hotels almost every week, but so far this has been the best in 2024, so I'd like to go back to Usagi Shokudo once it reopens on weekday nights.
