First of all, when I arrived at 13:50 for the 3:00 PM check-in, I was told that it was an early check-in and was charged an additional fee of 1,000 yen. This didn't happen with Daiwa Roynet Hotels, so I thought they were very poor with money. If I wanted to check in in the morning, I would be aware of the additional charges. The rooms are particularly old and dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was moldy and smelled like a rag. There was also a lot of black mold in the corners of the bath and the shampoo holder. There were two bath towels and two face towels, but these towels also showed signs of use and were somehow disgusting. The toilet has a washlet, but the seat is cold because it doesn't have a heating function. It is better not to stay overnight in winter. There was a book on imperial studies that I didn't understand well on the edge of my desk, but since I hadn't cleaned it, it was covered in white dust. If it's difficult to clean, why not leave it there? I think that's probably the president's idea. If customers were dissatisfied because of the president's ideology, it would be like putting the cart before the horse.Additionally, the hotel is located in a busy downtown area, so even after 2 a.m., the voices of drunk people outside can be heard up to the seventh floor, and the sirens of police cars can be heard. The walls are thin, so you can hear voices from the hallway and from the rooms upstairs and next door. There is a gap under the front door, so I was surprised to see the light coming in from the hallway. It's not even crime prevention. It's free to keep your carry-on case after you check out, but you have to scan a QR code and register your information in order to leave it there. This took a lot of time because I was in a hurry.APA Hotels look like they're a notch higher than other business hotels, but after staying there, I realized that they're only built so unevenly because they're so stingy with management.I will never stay at APA Hotel Group again.

I used a single room. The room was the smallest of any hotel I've ever stayed in, and the TV was so big that it didn't feel very comfortable. There was only one size for nightwear (yukata), and it was too small for my large body.

People coming by carThis is a great location for people who want to be close to downtown restaurants. The best part was that there weren't many foreigners.
