This is a hotel mainly frequented by Japanese guests, but staff spoke English and were friendly. It helped that we had a person in our party who spoke Japanese. …

This hotel has a very good location and it is very convenient to go to family Mart and have fun at the sakura bridge. However, the quality is very bad even though I'm living in the newly renovated area. The towels are dirty with lots of dust, the lamp is ugly and uncomfortable and DIRTYYYYY!! The air conditioning is very noisy, the wifi is extremely slow. The bathroom fan is very dusty and low quality. Additionally there is no hairdryer, causing my daughter to suffer with wet hair in her sleep, and she caught a cold the next morning!! Overall a very bad experience!!

The place is a long walk from Fukui station. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. There is a Family mart within 5 mins walk but that's about it.The room is extremely small. Not like what was in the picture. …

We stayed here 2 nights for our end year holidays. We got the room on the new building. The room was great, comfortable, and clean, not too small. They also have a full amenity kits (included the water in a room). …

I'd been to Fukui City before and this time, I wanted something a bit more scenic and central. We got a Superior Double Room with a river view. It was furnished wonderfully and was very comfortable. …

We really wanted to like this hotel, but regrettably, almost every element ended up disappointing us, to the point where we were left wondering how we could have misled ourselves to stay here. …
