This hotel is showing its age in places, but it is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has everything that you would expect from a hotel of its caliber plus a little more. The table tennis and billard table in the lobby that can be reserved for 30 minutes at a time was a nice, fun surprise. In the evening, you can roast marshmallows in the lobby.

I've been interested in this inn for a while because of its roasted marshmallows. The customer service and cleaning are good, but the dinner, even at Hinin Kaiseki, is not very good (for a dinner at a hot spring hotel), and it's just chicken without any impact. Breakfast is also nothing special. The food was disappointing. I wish it had more features. Try standing on the eating side. I felt that. After all, I think you'll have to spend a fair amount of money to stay at a hot spring hotel, so I wanted some kind of impression and impression from the food. The hot spring was nice and had a slightly thick texture that was nice to the touch.

There were dumplings and marshmallow roasts in front of the lobby, and juice was free, so the younger children enjoyed eating them. There is a bar in the lobby, and it's reasonably priced, and you can take glasses to your room, so even if you have younger children, you can use it without any hesitation. The room overlooks the Kikuchi River, and the view is good as there are rice fields across the river. The bathhouse was spacious and clean, and the alkaline spring quality was pleasant.Dinner was normal, and breakfast had elaborate dishes such as arajiru soup and Yanagawa-style hot pot, and the service exceeded the price. It was my first time staying in Yamaga, but it was a great hotel and I will be coming back next year.

It was a few months ago, so I only vaguely remember, but you can check in using a QR code. But after that, you have to pay the bathing tax at the front desk, so it's not a completely automatic check-in.You'll wonder where the front desk is, so much so that you won't even notice it's the front desk unless there's a staff member there. The room was a Japanese-style room, and the futon was already spread out.I was tired so I was grateful that I could take a nap right away. However, the futon set is completely white.Everything was so pure white that I thought, "Is this a futon for a dead body to sleep on?"Well, please keep that as a joke. The bath is really nice! There is an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath, so the hot water is thick. As expected, it is said to be a hot spring for beautiful skin. The breakfast hall seemed dimly lit.I ate dinner outside the hotel.

Have you been misunderstood? It seems that a smart system using smartphones has been adopted as a measure against staff shortages, but the employees never say hello to me, they don't care about me, and if I just drop off my luggage before check-in, they treat me like a ghost. When I called out to them and pretended not to see them, the person in charge didn't listen to my requirements and said that I hadn't checked in yet. I thought they would respond after I told them my requirements, but the person in charge kept me waiting and told me that I had not yet checked in. but?I've never seen a situation like this before where the front desk, which is the face of a hotel, is so responsive.Although it's old, I think the rooms are well-cleaned, the hot springs are very good, and it's smart, but this is not smart and shows a cold treatment of the guests. Please notice this and improve it.

Even though I'm on business, I'm staying at Yutorelo Yamaga today. I was quite confused, but this was the right choice. The 10 tatami room is based on white and dark brown, and you can see the Kikuchi River and the rich natural scenery from the window. My favorite thing was the hot springs, which I was very satisfied with because of the emphasis on hot springs. The building may be old, but the interior of the room has been newly renovated, and although I usually use a bed, I was able to sleep comfortably on the futon. The bath basket was also great!

I stayed here with a friend on a Yamaga walking trip. Check-in at the terminal was smooth. Our staff will be happy to guide you and hand over your keys. The welcome drinks were shochu, coffee, and charcoal-grilled marshmallows.I was very impressed. It was delicious.I was able to enjoy Yachiyoza and the cityscape on foot. For dinner, we went to a pub in town, and in the morning we had a buffet at the hotel. The coconut curry was delicious and I loved it.I am very satisfied with the hot springs that make my skin smooth!
