Staying, given room 215, as soon as I entered, lots of cockroaches kept asking for a good room change, instead I was immediately given the money back and canceled unilaterally by the female receptionist, there was no offer to repair or provide another solution, I immediately canceled as if I was going to be kicked out.This receptionist has no ethicsI don't recommend this hotelIt may be cheap but there is no ethics and respect for guests is more importantIncident on 6/8/24 at 22.30

I ordered via Agoda and made the payment but when I arrived at the place it turned out it had been cancelled, according to the hotel receptionist who canceled Agoda, because it was late I was forced to rent a room manually, after making the payment I got the room key from the hotel receptionist, then I went in into the room, without guidance from the hotel, after entering the room it was far from what I expected, the air conditioning water sometimes dripped onto my face like drizzling rain, the hot water didn't work, the room in my opinion was narrow, the noise from outside really disturbed my rest time, just For experience, if you want to rest in a hotel, for the same cost I prefer the area around Nagoya, sorry, just my opinion, maybe others have different opinions🙏

Service. Securitiya . Pretending to be rude, he's not friendly.. Asking for help to move the motorbike, he doesn't care, he's busy with his cellphone. The same goes for Hoskiping's staff. It's as if we are riding with them.. Cultivate the 3 S's.. At 81 Carina Park..
