・A plastic bag was found in the bathtub in the guest room.・There were 4.5 stink bugs inside the electricity in the guest room.・The drain in the washing area of the large public bath was clogged, and it remained that way the next morning.・The tissue in the changing room in the public bath was out of stock and remained there the next morning.・Bedding and installing sheets are self-service.Halfway through, I started to feel sick, thinking that the guest rooms and the public bath might not even have been cleaned. If you go into regular cleaning, you'll notice that you're out of tissues...This was my first time at a ryokan that was so unorganized. I think there is something to be done before we try to fool people with art and exhibits.

I stayed here for one night with my dog. Amenities for dogs included pet sheets, water bowls, and rolls. The room is a Japanese-style room with a semi-open-air bath. It didn't feel too small for two adults and two small dogs. There is a bathroom and a window on a small rise from the room, but there was a warning not to open the window because insects could get in. Perhaps because the window could not be opened, the room smelled a little musty.I thought it would be nice to have an air purifier.Dogs are allowed for dinner, but not for breakfast.Food quality is average. The quantity may not be enough for young people. It would be nice if there was a plan where you could choose the quality of your meals. You are responsible for raising and lowering the futon yourself. However, the accommodation fee is low, so if you consider the service and quality to be commensurate with the price, I think there is nothing wrong with it.I felt that all the staff were kind and polite.

hot springs are very goodIt is not an exaggeration to say that it is a miraculous hot spring that will make your skin smooth.I felt like there were a lot of things that weren't explained well.If I were to write it down in detail, it would be an amazing masterpiece, but compared to surrounding accommodations, the price may be reasonable. After checking in, you have to bring your own toiletries and yukata next to the elevator like you would in a cheap business hotel, but this yukata was not wide enough to be worn at the front. Also, the dinner was delicious, but there was no menu, so I wasn't sure what the courses were.Breakfast is substantial. There were many side dishes and the rice was delicious and satisfying.Rating is 3 stars because it's worth the price. This time I used it, I thought it would be nice if it could be improved in various ways, but I was thinking about whether to use it next time.I think it would be a good inn if the service could be a little more from the user's perspective.

I used it for mountain climbing at Okutsu Onsen! To Ohatsu Takashimizu Trail, to the siteIt was convenient because it was close by, about 10 minutes by car.The Takashimizu trail was also easy to walk and easy for beginners like us to climb.Oh yeah, the hot springs made our skin feel smooth, and the bathtub was so spacious that the kids enjoyed swimming. It was a good memory. thank you
