The price-performance ratio is okay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Maybe I was unlucky and found cockroaches in the room.

I had stayed at Kuretake Inn in places like Nagoya, so I felt safe, but...There was a gap in the bed where my glasses almost fell out, and dust had accumulated on the air conditioner vents and electrical outlets. Also, the customer service at the front desk is not good.I think it would be a good idea to explain the hotel system since there wasn't really a line. Those are the three reasons for minus 3 stars.

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room, and the room was spacious and clean, so it was easy to stay. The breakfast menu changes slightly every day, and it's a buffet style, but it's worth it. Other than the location being a bit ambiguous, it was really good ^^

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days. There was no explanation at check-in, so much that you might not know unless you read the reviews of this place in advance. Maybe it was an explanation of the breakfast venue and amenities? The room comes with a washing machine, microwave and mini fridge. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment, but I didn't see any ice trays. There is an ice machine in the breakfast room on the first floor, and you may be able to get ice from there. No laundry detergent. I don't know if it's for sale, but I learned through word of mouth that you can use the dryer for free on another floor (lol)The room was a twin, but there weren't many wall outlets, so I was able to borrow an extension cord from the rental shelf at the front desk, so I used that. Also, I knew there was a welcome drink, but I thought it was all-you-can-drink like at a certain hotel, but it was limited to one drink per person. My husband was very happy that there was draft beer (lol) It's rare to have beer! One person was satisfied. Since it was Kirin Beer, I wonder if it's because they have a factory in Okayama? I thought. There was also coffee and Sofudori, but I didn't know if they were limited to one cup as well, and there was water at the Sofudori server, but I wonder if it was limited to one cup or not, and there was drinking water available from the washroom. There was no explanation as to whether or not there were any, so it remained unclear. I could ask the front desk, but it was too much trouble so I just left it there (lol)It would be nice if there was an explanation.Since I was staying for several nights, I bought some cheap tea at the supermarket. Two couples, one in their 60s and one in their 50s, stayed at our house, and from the day we stayed, we couldn't tell if they were on the upper floor or in a neighboring room, but we could hear footsteps and the sound of doors closing at night. It started ringing in my room after 9 o'clock, and I put up with it the first day, but it was just as noisy on the second day.I was tired and went to bed early, but I couldn't sleep and woke up. Strangely, I couldn't hear anyone's voices, and it was a mystery as to which room the sound was really coming from...I contacted the front desk once, but still the sound of pattering and slamming on the floor! The sound of the door closing and the banging sound were just so loud.I thought it was rare to find a hotel where you could hear so much noise downstairs. I don't know if it's because the building is old that it resonates, but... Since this is a room for two elderly couples, I would have liked the environment to be a little quieter. There weren't many similar reviews, so it may have been a rare case, but it's still sad.The free breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was drip coffee, which is ground from beans. I wish I could take it out and drink it in my room if I wanted to.If it weren't for the noise, there would be 3 ☆ guest rooms.By the way, even though it was almost 11pm, the noise in the room was still continuing.I couldn't sleep so I decided to write a review (lol)By the way, there was a lot of dust on the ventilation fan in the bathroom, so I wiped it clean on the first day of my stay.
