In early August 2024, register as a member on the Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki official website. It coincides with the official website launching a member booking discount. Bookings are available from October 1, 2024~ On the 4th, accommodation in the hotel’s largest room, Suite (Suite=47㎡); for booking on the official website, online payment by card or on-site payment (cash/card) are available.1 additional sofa bed (sofa bed) is available for dining room only (excluding meals = room only), tax is levied. Soup tax. Hot spring tax (All taxes and service charges included), total ¥53,745 for 3 people and 3 nights. The suite has 2 large beds. I wanted my family to sleep well, so I booked an extra bed (only a sofa bed, which actually looks like a single bed and is comfortable to sleep on). After booking, please contact the hotel through the おquestい合わせ(contact hotel) at the bottom of the official website =Contact) I asked about extra beds and other matters, and the hotel staff responded patiently and in detail. I paid the room fee at the counter and checked in on the night of October 1st.Make it a habit to wipe the table, sink and other countertops where items are placed with toilet paper after entering the room. The facilities in the room are clean; free luggage storage service is provided on the day of check-out.

The twin room was spacious and clean. Maybe it was because of the Halloween season, but the music playing in the lobby and elevators felt very noisy. Although it claims to be a spa, the baths didn't feel special, and the lockers in the women's bath in particular were broken and many people couldn't use them, which didn't give a good impression.

The hotel benefits from an ideal location, which is really its main asset. It is located close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. However, the rest of the experience leaves something to be desired. The building is obviously old and could do with renovations. The room was clean, but the equipment was outdated. As for breakfast, it was really disappointing: little choice and poor quality products. In summary, it's an acceptable choice if you prioritize location above all else, but don't expect great comfort or a decent breakfast.

There was one elevator and three washing areas in the large public bath for women. On Saturdays and Sundays, you are bound to have to wait in line. It is not suitable for those who have limited schedules or are impatient. If you don't mind these two points, I think you'll be satisfied with this hotel. The room had been beautifully renovated and I didn't feel like anything was inconvenient. The shower head in the public bath was a Refa, and the hair dryer was a Dyson. The breakfast buffet was also good enough for the price😊In fact, there are 3 types of curry that we are particular about, and there are only good points when compared to other hotels.I don't think there will be any problems if you use it on weekdays.

I thought it was cheap in the area. The location was good, close to the station and the Bikan Historical Quarter. The staff were polite and I was happy to be able to use the large public bath and sauna. (^^)The Halloween display was cute. d(^^)

It seems to be a hotel with clear pros and cons.[merit]1. It is located about 5 minutes from Kurashiki Station and about 10 minutes from Kurashiki Bikan District, so accessibility is excellent. The shopping street leading from Kurashiki Station to Kurashiki Bikan District is right in front, making it a great place to have a drink in the evening.2. There is a supermarket (Marunaka, right across diagonally) and a convenience store (about 5 minutes away) nearby, so there is no inconvenience in buying various items.3. It is a very convenient location for shopping at the general shopping mall connected to Kurashiki Station and the outlets located at the back.4. The large public bath located on the first basement floor is small, but it is perfect for relieving fatigue. There's also an ice maker before entering the main bath, so it's great to have a cold beer or drink.[disadvantage]1. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, so you must use a separate public parking lot (across the street) affiliated with the hotel. (1400 yen per 24 hours)2. There is only one elevator in the hotel, and it is very small, so it would be full if 5 to 6 adults boarded it.3. The room condition is not very comfortable. Perhaps because it is an old hotel, there was a slightly musty smell and feel overall, and the toilet/bathroom was very small compared to the size of the room (however, since it operates a large public bath, this shortcoming is covered to some extent).4. The view is not that good. In fact, it is a location where it is difficult to expect a view, but unless it is a city view facing the road, it is almost adjacent to the building next door, so you cannot expect a view, especially if it is on a low floor.

The lady at the counter was misleading in the information about the parking lot, which made us worry about moving the car quickly early in the morning, and it was impossible to sleep until we woke up naturally.A fire broke out in the shopping mall during dinner time, and everyone was still feeling scared... After returning to the hotel for dinner and using the large bathhouse halfway through, the fire broke out for about 5 minutes. The children were frightened and cried, and they were uneasy all night, and they only received the explanation that it was accidentally triggered. The water pressure of the shower head near the entrance and exit of the large public bath is too low, making it difficult to clean. The total number of showerheads (female) is only 3, which is too few.
